The stones fly over the Earth and through the ages. Their trajectories are
so long that it's hard to determine who cast them, who dealt the fatal blow.

In the spring of 1924 Rhm carried out an unprecedented action. His detachment swiftly
crossed the Swiss border and headed towards Dornach. There his storm troopers burned down
the Gtheanum. It belonged to the European Anthroposophical Society, an offshoot of
Blavatsky's theosophists. In the process certain mysterious archives were destroyed. They
belonged to Rudolf Steiner.
Steiner was more than just a researcher of Gthe's work. He enjoyed fame as Europe's leading
mystic. He was consulted on matters of the occult by many of the world's most powerful. Like
the German field marshal Moltke, for example. Steiner's list of students kept growing and
growing. The doctrines of anthroposophy appealed to the perplexed and disappointed,
especially the possibility of "saving" the soul by means of defined occult methods.
Both theosophy and anthroposophy are tolerant of various theological systems. The notion of
reincarnation, in particular, was in vogue among the Steinerites (1).
There's a revealing draft of a Steinerian sculpture ensemble which was to have decorated the
Gtheanum's small hall. Christ leads with a raised hand. Next to him, bent under their burdens
of suffering, go Lucifer and Ariman. Christ's face is asymmetrical, which is supposed to
symbolize the Luciferian and Arimanian influence on the Savio (2).
N.A. Berdyayev once gave a very convincing characterization of Steiner:
Black magic seeks dominion over the world through knowledge and control of mystical forces.
I've never observed freedom of spirit in those involved in the occult. They don't possess occult
forces -- occult forces possess them. Few impressed me as being so grace-deprived as Steiner.
Not a single ray of light from above. He wanted to attain everything from below, to break into the
spiritual realm by all-consuming effort.
According to the predictions of anthroposophy's founder the Gtheanum was to have stood for
three centuries; in reality it lasted only a few years.
Soon after the attack Steiner died. But why had he aroused such fury in Rhm's storm
troopers?
Strange, and all the more so because among his followers were many of those who would later
occupy very high positions indeed in the Third Reich. Walther Darr, for example. On the SS
hierarchy list for 1936 he's in seventh position.
Darr was known in the Reich as one of the authors of the crucially important idea of blood and
soil.

A. Dugin writes:
The choice between blood and soil is the key choice in the creation of any state. Either it will be
formed around the element of blood, on the principle of ethnic exclusivity, and then the chosen
nation lives among enemies; or the principle of common soil will predominate, the unity of
interests of all nations living on a given territory, on one land which they must defend together.
Hitler chose the first option. The Reich was doomed.
Great empires -- Rome, Byzantium, the Russian Empire -- were never built on the blood
principle. Nor, in the Christian era, were they built on the soil principle. Spirit, that's what united
them!
In the meanwhile, pan-Germans, pan-Slavists and pan-Turkists praised and continue to praise
blood to the exclusion of all else. In this fashion conflicts are inevitable, conflicts from which a
certain third force always emerges the victor. For this reason the third force simply needs noisy
hurrah-patriots of all nationalities (3)..
And now we'll turn to "Brother Marchion" (Christian Boucher). In keeping with secret society
tradition he's initiated into several organizations, among them Golden Dawn and the Order of
the Eastern Templars. Currently Brother Marchion is a Grand Master of the last-mentioned
order in France (4).
Darr was sentenced by the Nuremberg Tribunal to a mere year or two, after which he
reestablished contact with Steiner's followers. And now Steiner's organization is headed by one
of Wirt's former coworkers at Ahnenerbe. (5)
How are we to explain such indulgence toward Darr, Wirt, Hilscher and others like them on the
part of the tribunal? Maybe the judges considered their mystical conceptions to be ravings
unworthy of serious attention, and decided not to confuse the mind of the public? Carl Jung
wrote that man writes off the existence of the devil because he intuitively fears meeting him
face-to-face.
But I maintain a different point of view. More likely than not we're dealing with the hidden
solidarity of the initiated. Here's the key to understanding why the tribunal was so lenient
towards these theorists of mystical politics.
Revolution devours its own children, but not its fathers.
Many of the accused were Steiner's students, and Darr was in addition an initiate in the
hierarchy of Egyptian Rite Masonry known as Memphis Mizraim. What's more, he was a leading
member of the Eastern Templars and "Golden Dawn".
In front of me is an SS map. Europe is broken up into national provinces. The SS was regarded
by some ideologues as a supranational order, along the lines of the Templars.
These ideas, which were in opposition to Hitler's policies, made up the core of a document
known as the SS Charter. It was signed by Himmler himself, future leader of Eurasia according
to the charter's designs. Hitler, burdened by narrow national prejudices, was to inherit the lesser
role of pan-German Fhrer."
Among the principles of the SS Charter were rights of the individual and ethnic group, division of

labor in Europe and freedom of religion. The term "United States of Europe" was employed.
A new Merovingian empire? Maybe that hypothesis is too bold, but the fact remains: In France
the SS carried out a very active search for the dynastic heirs of the long-haired kings.
In the Fourteenth Century Russian monk Filofey intoned:
Moscow is the Third Rome and the Fourth will not be!
Third, in relation to Rome and Constantinople. Third in the sense of spiritual succession.
Hitler's Reich was also the Third. Third after the Hohenstaufens and Chancellor Bismarck.
Thus was designated a crude pan-German succession.
This was the conception that won in the end, though the SS opposition had a different plan,
one which might be conditionally called interfascism. The idea was to create a sort of
neo-Templar brown international, or more aptly, taking the occult interests of the SS into
account, infernational.
Ancient Wewelsburg Castle became the meeting place for high initiates of the SS. It forms one
point of a mystical Bermuda Triangle. Another of the triangle's points is the Cliff of Externstein,
site of an ancient German temple to the fire cult. Here was an observatory of sorts, through
which high priests of old watched the eternal motions of heavenly bodies.
The third point of the triangle is the Teutoburg Forest. According to legend the Germanic
warrior Arminius routed three Roman Legions among its oaks.
Here German mysticism and German military glory merge into one.
Wewelsburg was to be the center of the SS's multi-national empire. And in Wewelsburg the
thirteen highest initiates of the black order would meet at a round table, just like the knights of
King Arthur. A plinth for the Holy Grail was even prepared. It was not fated to be occupied, just
as the SS were not fated to achieve world dominion.
Rudolf Hess
May 1941. Rudolf Hess lifted off in his personal Messerchmitt 110 from the factory aerodrome.
Thus began one of the most enigmatic flights of the Twentieth Century.
A map with Hess' own markings remains to this day. They show that a roundabout course was
taken.
Finally the plane is above the south of Scotland. After a parachute jump the high-placed
emissary touches down not far from the estate of Dungwell Castle, owned by Lord Hamilton.
Hamilton had been recommended to Hess as a contact by Professor Haushofer's son Albrecht.
There's a theory that Hitler's and Hess' guru Haushofer had prepared this mission to offer a
colossal deal to the English. It involved the dividing of spheres of interest between Germany
and Britain. With only two weeks remaining to the invasion of Russia, Hess was supposed to
reassure the English.
Hess' personal secretary later confirmed that Hitler knew about the mission. However he
immediately declared his right-hand man in the party to be insane, and the English eagerly
supported Hitler's verdict. Later the Nuremberg Tribunal was to do so as well. Thanks to the

psychiatric diagnosis Hess received a life sentence [instead of execution], which ended in a
suspicious death.
So what we seem to have was an offer to prolong the Munich Agreement, which the English
nobly (!) refused. But why, then, did they classify all documents relating to the mission of the
"insane" Nazi? They remain classified to this day.
And indeed, is a plot between England and Germany in keeping with Haushofer's style? You
see, the professor had always urged a union of the continental powers against England and
the USA!
What was the real purpose of that flight? Brother Marchion" answers that question laconically:
Hess was initiated into a secret society; I can only say that he flew to England to meet with other
initiates, but he was prevented from doing so.
What was the organization in question? The possibilities are most exotic (6).
Let's recall Hitler's and Hess' initiation into the Thule Society. That organization's documents
witness that its rituals, structure and other specifics were borrowed from Freemasonry.
In his reminiscences Herman Rauschning, one of those closest to Hitler, cites one of the
Fhrer's maxims:
Hierarchical structure and initiation through symbolic rites which act magically on the
imagination are dangerous elements.... Don't you see that our party must be of the same
nature? An order, a secular priestly order.... We, or the Masons, or the Church. There's room for
only one of the three....
The Germanenorden and the related Thule Society (into which Hitler was initiated) were
founded by Baron Sebottendorf, a Mason of the "Memphis Mizraim" lodge.
So the Nazis used the experience of Masonry. Inasmuch as hundreds of pagan cults and
religions had brought their offerings to its altar, many dark tones of ancient mysticism mixed in
with the brown of fascism.
On March 1, 1942 Hitler issued an order: make a wider search of all materials in Masonic
archives which might be of interest to the Reich.
So the Nazis strove to extract specific knowledge from Masonry, and then ... get rid of it. If
that's the case, then might Steiner and Sebottendorf, who both died mysteriously, have been
lodge members? And was Hess' visit organized by still-surviving Masonic contacts?

The inventiveness of the creators of horror novels is striking. That impression passes quickly,
however, as soon as you've realized that the authors of the most "true to life" novels are usually
members of extremely dubious secret societies. You begin to notice the curious hints that
appear among the adventures of their vampires.
Some information from "Politica Hermetica":
One such author is Bram Stoker, creator of the famous Count Dracula. Let's recall one episode
from the English version of the novel. The hero sets off for Transylvania from the Munich hotel

"The Four Seasons". Such a hotel actually exists. What's more, the headquarters of the Thule
Society are located in it. Stoker himself was a member of a different society, "Golden Dawn".
These facts speak of a possible connection between the two structures. Let's remember that...
"Golden Dawn". In front of me is a contemporary publication of that organization with a
description of its rituals. In the center of the cover is the mystical symbol of the end of time, the
tau. It's ornamented with interweaved pentagrams, roses and crosses. Yes, this is one more
offshoot of the Rosicrucians. At the beginning of the 20th Century in England the Order
consisted of 144 initiates (a diabolical hint on the number of saved righteous men in the Book
of Revelation).
Many famous names were "Golden Dawn" members: the author of mystical novels Lord
Bulwer-Lytton, the English politician Buchan, Nobel poet-laureate Yeats. (His lodge name was
eloquent: anti-God. Yeats' remarks about the atmosphere which reigned in the order are well
known: "We exchanged pleasantries with the great beyond...")
The ideas of "Golden Dawn" were known to Hitler, too. He absorbed them through the order's
most famous Grand Master, Aleister Crowley. That occultist called himself "Master Therion",
and "The Beast" and considered man's true occupation to be the acquisition of demonic
powers, the attainment of world dominion. He declared:
The road to heaven lies through hell.
In 1904 Crowley received a "revelation" from a demon by the name of Aivas, which he
described in his "Book of Laws", about the beginning of a new era and the coming of Satan.
Certain of Hitler's speeches are very reminiscent of these mystical texts.
Here are some Hitler quotes, recorded at the beginning of the 30's by Herman Rauschning:
The tablets from Mount Sinai are no longer in force.
Conscience is a Jewish invention, like circumcision: a truncation of the human essence.
A new epoch is dawning: the epoch of magical interpretation of the world by means of will
instead of knowledge.
There is no truth, neither in the moral, nor in the scientific sense.
Now let's compare. In a modern publication of the Eastern Templars, which Crowley founded,
we find the following parody on Christ's Sermon on the Mount. Here's what "Master Therion"
himself says:
There's no god except for man. He has the right to live according to his own laws. To live how
he wants and where he wants. To die as he wants. To kill those who limit him in these rights...
That's just one small quote from the "Book of Laws" (7).
Crowley's works were passed on to Hitler by Marta Knzl, who was both a well-known NationalSocialist and a member of the Order of the Eastern Templars.
Leon Trotsky, (Leib Davidovich Bronstein) was the factual head of Russia after the revolution.
The main organizer of the revolutionary terror which took the lives of millions of Russians.
Introduced the five-pointed star and other Masonic symbols into the Bolshevik government.
Fred Zeller, Trotsky's personal secretary, was Grand Master of the French "Grand Orient"

lodge (1971-1973).
Crowley tried to influence many politicians. He met with Trotsky and Mussolini, who, by the
way, was a member of the Masonic lodge "Piazza di Gesu". It's known that Crowley also sent
his book to Lenin. Some say it was he who taught Churchill his famous two-finger "victory"
salute. In the language of the occult this gesture signifies Satan. This, by the way, is also
mentioned in contemporary materials published by "Golden Dawn".
Photographs exist showing Crowley dressed as an Egyptian mage. On one of them he holds
his finger to his lips: the gesture of Harpocrates. On another he presses his left hand to his
heart. This signifies the magic power of the left hand, satanic in nature.

The theme of Ancient Egypt is a constant presence in the verses and magical and
philosophical texts of "Master Therion". The discoveries of Egyptologists and the decipherings
of mystical writings found in the Nile Valley inspired many mystics, from Blavatsky to Papus. In
their opinion the finds of archaeologists successfully complemented Cabbalistic teachings,
drawn long ago from that very same Egypt, the country which the Jews call "Mizraim".
Archaeology and its related disciplines are truly mystical in nature. Digging up that which has
been long hidden - and often providentially so - leads to just what consequences? To
consequences which the rational mind can't even imagine.
It's enough to read the name of a dead god inscribed on stone - for it to come to life.
To discover a sacrificial altar - for it to once again demand blood.
To whisper a just-deciphered incantation - for it to begin emitting faint, at first barely perceptible
currents.
But sooner or later a human antenna will be found to receive the frightful messages of ancient
man.
Let's open up Manley Hall's Masonic Encyclopedia. It illustrates clearly the scale of secret
societies' influence on art and literature. Their symbols and rituals inspired the artistic
imaginations of many. Reworking mystical legends, writers and musicians often used their
subjects in their works, reawakening forgotten ghosts in the mass-consciousness.
Let's remember the favorite phrase of the Masons that hundreds of cults and religions have
been brought to their sacrificial altar. On the mystical plane Masonry is a preserve of demons, a
storehouse of idols. A rich bestiary with something for all tastes...
Such mystical pluralism reminds us of the vision of St. Makarios the Egyptian. Once a devil
with many pots hanging from him appeared to the saint. "What are all those pots for? he
asked. The devil answered: "I'm carrying food for the brothers. If someone doesn't like one
thing, I offer him another..."
Masonry is ready to lend you the idol of your choice. The founders of "Golden Dawn" preferred
the gods of Ancient Egypt.
Crowley visited Egypt, Tibet and other centers of dying civilizations. Before his death he
explained the purpose of his mission: to set into motion those occult forces which would reach
their apogee at the end of the century.

Do we have an attempt here of the above-named organizations to influence the minds of

contemporaries through literature? Such spiritual expansionism could have been founded on
the mystical notion that the word, once pronounced, is just the first phase of an idea's
materialization. Later it will come to fruition on the social and political planes.
The litterateur who blasphemously conceives of Divine creation as chaos, who picks out only
those hues and sounds which he needs from the multitudinous variety of the world, is
attempting a very risky role. The role of demiurge. And he who pieces together the most
effective associations to create the most convincing picture of reality, in bead game fashion, is a
most dangerous practitioner of the occult magic of the word.
Soon error is foisted on the masses and begins to control them. To move them ... towards the
abyss.
The demons can rest easy. Fallen man, endowed with talent, does the devil's work far better
than the horned and tailed functionaries of hell.

But let's return to Hess. "Golden Dawn" was traditionally strong in England and Germany.
We've seen that it was connected with the Thule Society. We might assume, then, that Hess
set off for England to seek just these contacts. But with what end in mind?
At the 1936 Berlin Olympics many friendships were formed, one of them between Hess and the
Duke of Windsor, known for his Nazi sympathies. He'd been excommunicated from the British
throne by King Edward VIII. (The reason was his marriage to a twice-divorced American
woman.) There's no question that the duke dreamed of revanche. There were common
interests between him and the Germans, then.
The Germans worked out an offer: to help him regain the
British throne, and transfer real power in the British Isles to
Alfred Rosenberg. Is it an accident that Hitler, after routing
the English at Dunkirk, stopped short and let the enemy
escape to the Channel?

In Abwehr leader Walter Schellenberg's reminiscences

there's a curious episode. We're speaking of Hitler's order to
abduct the Duke of Windsor in Portugal. The plan was
foiled by British intelligence. The former king was returned to his homeland where he lived
quietly up until the 70's. Was Hess' flight just one more unsuccessful attempt to play the "Duke
of Windsor" card, using Masonic channels? There's one fact of no little importance: According
to tradition English Masonry is headed by a member of the royal family, and the duke was
Grand Master of the British lodges.
Is this the true reason for the British refusal to declassify documents relating to Hess' voyage?
You see, the royal dynasty was to be given the role of mere marionettes of Hitler in that deal.
It's no accident that Hess' son, in his recently-published book, blamed the English for the
death of his father. There are rumors that the old man had become too talkative in his old
age...
So Hess' mission failed. According to our theory he was betrayed by the "Golden Dawn" Thule - English Masonry connection. Before that the members of Memphis Mizraim had
suffered defeat in their attempt to find a key to the Nazi leaders. The psychological attacks of
the Eastern Templars also came up short. Steiner's Gtheanum was burned to the ground.

Crowley, who for a long time had enjoyed the sympathy of Mussolini's regime, was thrown out
of Italy. (Crowley saw in fascism an instrument for the creation of the mystical equinox storm,
an upheaval capable of jolting humanity into a new epoch, a new zone(8)).
The archives bear witness: In 1935 the Nazis forbade completely the Eastern Templars and
similar organizations. (According to the testimony of Erich Ldendorff, by 1933 many Masonic
lodges were attempting to save themselves by seeking the protection of the Eastern Templars.
In the process Jewish words in their rituals were replaced with German ones.)
Things were going badly for the Egyptian Rite Masons, it seems. This is confirmed by the fate
of Baron Sebottendorf.
According to "Brother Marchion":
It's well-known that before the founding of the Order of Thule he [Sebottendorf] was a member of
Memphis Mizraim in Turkey. The Turkish branch of that organization is known as "den me":
werewolves. This is an organization of people only outwardly recognizing Islam. Ataturk and the
whole revolutionary organization of that country are its creation.
(On June 16th, 1910 a Turkish embassy representative announced, during a meeting of the
"Voltaire" Lodge in Paris, that "Masonry had aided the Turkish revolution mightily and now all
intelligent forces in the empire are members of numerous Turkish Masonic lodges".)
Ataturk and his fellow revolutionaries were all Masons, and to this day Turkey remains the main
Masonic bastion and US ally in the Middle East, second only to Israel.
After the "Young Turks'" rise to power the Constantinople Patriarchate of the Orthodox Church
fell under Masonic control as well. Today's Patriarch of Constantinople, Bartholomew, is a great
promoter of "ecumenism", the Masonic/globalist project for the unification of the world's
religions.
So it turns out that even in the framework of the Germanenorden and its affiliated Thule Society
Baron Sebottendorf was acting as an emissary of Egyptian Masonry! If that's the case, then the
suspicions of the Nazi leadership as to who stood behind these structures were not unfounded!
June 29, 1945. "Ahnenerbe" general director Wolfram Sievers testifies to an American military
intelligence officer. His words confirm that by the end of the thirties the SS had begun to cast
doubt on the origins of a whole series of ideas. At "Ahnenerbe" all programs related to them
were cancelled.
All the same, the interrogation protocol, declassified on November 28, 1973, arouses many
questions. Here's an excerpt::
Department for the Study of Occult Sciences. Research was carried out in astrology,
chiromancy, occultism and other sciences forbidden in Germany. Documents relating to these
sciences are located in Berlin-Dalem, Pklenstrasse 16. The department was active for only a
short while...
Department of Research of Legends, Fairy Tales and Sagas. The department was soon
dissolved. At the end the archives were located in Weischenfeld, near Bayreuth, at an informer's
house. (It seems that folklore is not such a harmless area of study and might have become a
tool in the hands of specialists of doubtful Aryan origins)
Department of Heraldry and Problems of Ancestry. Inactive. Part of the archives are located at

Weischenfeld, at the informer's house...

(If it was inactive, then where did the archives come from? Or were they trying not to mention
the SS's attempts to untangle the genealogy of the Merovingians? )
Jewish influence again? Even here, in the heart of the Reich? Strange, very strange... The
Jewish origins of Memphis Mizraim, many of whose members sympathized with Nazism... One
of "Golden Dawn's" creators, Samuel Mathers, was a Jew, and yet his organization was
connected with National Socialism... We know of the influence of the Jewish Sabbataist sect (9)
on Crowley.
"Brother Marchion" affirms:
Almost all modern occult movements emerged from the Cabbalists. Isaac Luria's school of the
Cabbala was the moving force behind both Sabbataism and Frank's movement. It was Frank's
followers who created the first mixed German-Jewish lodges. They were called the "Enlightened
Brothers of the East". It was just these lodges which were to later give rise to "Golden Dawn"
and the tendencies of Aleister Crowley. (10).
Yes, Memphis Mizraim stands revealed as a sinister, secretive and omnipresent organization.
Evidently it intended to revive not only the witchcraft, but also the social practices of Ancient
Egypt. Real power in that country, you see, more often than not belonged not to the Pharaoh
but to the Alom, a council of priests. The dark superstitions which they imposed on the
disoriented masses allowed the "chosen" to rule the country for centuries.
This theory is supported by a document recently published by the Council of Europe. It's called
"Medicine and Human Rights" and contains a report by the former Grand Master of the French
"Grand Orient" lodge Roger Leray. Here's one significant passage from the report: "A fear
which can overcome millions is the result of abstract, perhaps unworthy, but clearly esoteric
constructs."
Hitler reasoned no less cynically in this regard, though somewhat differently. Herman
Rauschning conveyed his words thusly: "Those wise guys think that our goal is merely to calm
the masses, keep them in a state of dull apathy... No! Only when they're aroused by my
fantasies do they become governable!"
But how do we explain the failure of contemporary followers of "Egyptian" practice? Did another
force get the upper hand?

Here's "Brother Marchion"'s opinion:
There exist two main branches of Masonry in the world. One of them, Memphis Mizraim, is
revolutionary. It aims to change the world, in whatever condition it may be. The other branch,
regular Masonry, which includes the Scottish Rite, is concerned with the organization and
governing of the world. The "Scots" strive to place their members at the center of the governing
system. Memphis Mizraim was always in contact with revolutionary movements: with Garibaldi,
Trotsky, Italian Fascists, the Red Brigades. It's characteristic that Crowley was a member of
both Memphis Mizraim and the Irish Republican Army.
Some specialists believe that mystical conceptions lie at the basis of their revolutionariness.
The main idea is that the world can live only in struggle, in constant upheaval, known in the
language of the occult as the "equinox storm". Calls for revolution always emerge from hidden

occult centers. And once the fire's been conjured up they help fan the flames to conflagration.
At that point their fantasies achieve the force of first causes. (It's significant that one of the
doctrines of eternal struggle of primordial chaos against the creative principle, Hermopolite
Cosmogony, was born in Ancient Egypt.)
According specialist in Masonry L. Zamoisky:
Among the Masons there exists a tactic called: "always being in the eye of the developing
hurricane". It means the infiltration of their people in fascist, communist, democratic, anarchist
and other structures. By the way, each of the above-named "isms" brought about colossal
revolutionary upheavals. Might they all have been just various attempts for a global change of
the conception the development of humanity, and what's more, all under the control of one and
the same force?
Let's cite just one example: Both Salvador Allende and General Pinochet were members of the
same Masonic lodge. Given any outcome, one of "theirs" was sure to end up in power. It was
known in advance that the loser would be sacrificed, cut off, like a dead branch...
A similar tactic was employed on the eve of revolutionary events in Russia at the beginning of
the century. The lodges became convenient places for inter-party meetings between politicians
of various political orientations. The only demand was opposition to the monarchy. P.A.
Kropotkin once stated that bourgeois and proletarian revolutionaries could never reach
agreement by themselves, and had to be brought together on neutral territory.
Here certain common tactics were worked out. Leading Mason Y. Kuskova wrote: "Our motto is:
Democratic Russia, and don't shoot at the protesting people" (11).
The well-known Mason Margulies wrote in 1922 about the principles of the lodges:
Optimism, belief on the progress of humanity, rejection of extremes, and the acceptance of
contradiction as an inevitable part of reality. Everything's relative, and progress is unavoidable
and irreversible... To this we add solidarity (in everyday life), where all depend on each and
each depends on all; and tolerance (left hand on your brother's shoulder). To reconcile
antagonisms and quench contradictions. From this flows the principle: Don't renounce your head
of state and the regime which he heads. Don't be in opposition; be in the thick of events. The
law of silence and the ideal of self-perfection.
However Russian Masons in emigration found little gratitude from their Western "lodge
brothers", who regarded them as "dead branches". This is an old story. N.I. Novikov and later
the Decembrists were tried by their very own brother Masons. A conflict within Masonry? Yes,
but not because of differences in rites, but as the result of proximity to him who's known as the
"father of lies and murderer from time immemorial". It's he who inflames his servants to weave
his plots for him, and then, moved by impatience and malice, sets them against each other.
Destroys them without even waiting for the plot to ripen. The snake devours its own tail.
"Brother Marchion"'s reliability is questionable, for obvious reasons, but we'll continue with his
account:
Among various Masonic rites a constant struggle is taking place. The majority of contemporary
world leaders are either Masons themselves or close to Masonic circles. Many American
presidents were "lodge brothers". And though the "Scots" call themselves apolitical, the brothers
from that order are actively involved in politics.

By the way, the now current idea of the "New World Order" emerged from the bowels of Scottish
Rite Masonry. Rational organization of the world is their motto, opposition to the revolutionary
approach.
So we have a theory of two opposing branches of Masonry. If this is the case, doesn't it go a
long way to explain many of the contradictions surrounding the Third Reich and contemporary
world politics?
On the one hand there's the aspiration of "Egyptian" Masonry, its attempt to create a civilization
of black high priests, manipulators of the masses plunged into the abyss of superstition.
What stands in opposition to the "manipulators"? Another fetish, the dollar, Mammon's latest
incarnation. But material motivations are not merely rational; they're mystical as well. In
accordance with the Talmud: "The wise man loves his money more than himself".
The aforesaid may seem to contradict traditional stereotypes of Masonic humanism, of its
purely decorative role in the modern world. But the archives of Ahnenerbe prove the opposite.
Here's a document from the beginning of the century describing the Masons' participation in
destroying the Austro-Hungarian Empire. In particular, the matter of inflaming conflict between
Serbs and Croats is discussed.
We have documents of the Grand Orient Lodge of Italy relating to the anti-Vatican movement.
The testament of Jacques de Molay is being fulfilled to perfection.
Here's a document dated Aril 17th, 1917. The Order of the Eastern Templars. From the highest
33rd degree of initiation. In it the question of dismemberment of European empires is
discussed. They must make way for the creation of a world republic...
These documents are intended only for the eyes of the highest degree Masons. Therefore
they're extremely candid.
In the meanwhile, Masonry's "cannon fodder", the neophytes of the lower ranks, are fed with a
vegetarian salad of cliches: 'freedom', 'brotherhood', 'humanism' and 'common values'.
As it turns out, the attempts made to destroy empires were not in vain. Calls emerging from
hurrah-patriots of all nationalities have led to two world wars in our century alone. These wars
fatally weakened two colossal ethnic groups, the Russian and the German. Each time a certain
third force has emerged the winner and began forcing its archetypes on the defeated: America,
headed by financial vampires.

The documents cited above relate to Masons of the Egyptian type and the atheistic Grand
Orient. What about their "competitors"? Possibly their activities are connected with the central
enigmas of the Third Reich, whose reverberations are still being felt today.
Here's a letter from one Nazi leader of a movement for the creation of a new Germanic religion.
In it he discusses the task of weakening the influence of the Christian Church in the
Wehrmacht (12). To that end a special division was created. Its leader: a man "completely freed
from Christian superstitions", Wehrmacht Major Prince de Lippe [better known today as Prince
Bernhard of the Netherlands].
It was he, the Dutch Prince Consort, who in 1952 would head the international super-secret

organization known today as the Bilderberg Club. (It was founded, by the way, by the Scottish
Rite Mason Rettinger.)
On April 7, 1963 the London Observer wrote:
The Bilderberg Club seeks to establish total dominion over the peoples of the Earth with the
help of marionette governments headed by bought politicians.
Here's a citation from the Italian magazine Europeo of October, 1975:
In spite of its variegated makeup, the Bilderbergers make up a sort of super-government which
is remaking Western governments after its own fashion.
The strange case of Prince de Lippe shows that Hitler's "new order" and the "New World
Order" of contemporary mondialists are not so very different from each other. The latter is just
more cunning. It makes its presence felt not by thundering tank columns but by a barely
noticeable rustling of banknotes and newspapers, the silent influence of capital and
hypocritical propaganda. Only in extreme cases does it cast off its puritanical mask, unleashing
bombs on the Orthodox Serbs.
Judging from the de Lippe case, the Scottish Rite had its people in the Reich leadership.
Was it they who put an end to the creeping influence of Memphis Mizraim?
Was it they who turned Hitler's attention from the West to the East, in opposition to the
conceptions of Haushofer?
Was it they who exploited Hitler's crude anti-semitism to chop off the "dry branches" among the
Jewish people, provoking the migration of Jews from Europe to Palestine? In other words,
created the state of Israel.
Was it they who carried out in the halls of "Ahnenerbe" certain "delicate" experiments - from
psychotronics to cancer research - which required an abundance of "human material"? And
then stigmatized the evildoers while exploiting the results of their research...
First destroy the empires; then fan the flames of nationalism on their ruins. Now it's time to
think about the next stage...
It's noteworthy that former Wehrmacht Major de Lippe now defends the idea of a united
Europe, headed by a hereditary monarch. Naturally from the Merovingian Dynasty.
How the West needs a sacral king! How they strive to fashion their Antichrist! Out of blood,
genealogical chimeras and myths!

At each critical moment of history the mass-consciousness is re-mythologized. Instability
arouses archetypal behavior - ancestral memory, in other words - formed ages ago during
similar times of stress.
Ancient prophecies and pseudo-prophecies are revived, aimed into the future, turned into
dreams.
A dream is the center of gravity for any historical movement.

True, enthusiasm exhausts itself sooner or later. The revolution once again devours its
children. Thus arises the hour of the demiurge, attempting to bring order to post-revolutionary
chaos.
According to the teaching of neo-Platonism - the source of many heresies over the ages,
including proto-fascist ones - every demiurge sooner or later weakens. And then Chaos, that
most ancient of gods, once again ascends to power.
So we see that the two tendencies in Masonry correspond to these two conditions of humanity:
revolutionary chaos and order-creation.
The "Egyptians" helped to explode Germany in the first third of our century and then made way
for the "Scots", who channeled the resulting energy in the needed direction.
It's no accident that the former bow down to the metaphysical rebel Lucifer; and the latter - to
the Great Architect of the Universe. But aren't these both just masks for one and the same
personage? How else to explain the strange solidarity of the initiated which was so apparent at
the Nuremberg Tribunal?
This conclusion was strengthened by a curious observation I once made in the ancient German
town of Lbeck. I noticed a building marked with the sign "Logenhaus". Under the roof of that
respectable villa coexist such "violent" opponents as the "Scottish", "Egyptian" and "York" Rite
Lodges, and God knows what else besides. Their plaques, decorated with unambiguous
symbolry (inverted pentagrams included) hang side by side on the faade.
Here's one more curious fact: In the Summer of 1993, on the initiative of the Grand Orient of
France, a European conference dedicated to the coordination of activities of Masonic lodges of
various tendencies was convened in Strasbourg.
But who coordinates these colossal structures on the world-wide level? This question leads
many researchers into a dead-end. Especially atheists. The more enlightened and deep
analyzers arrive at "Higher Unknowns", the Zionist community, "black lodges", and so forth(13).
Indeed, the stones are being cast from there. But Orthodox Christian conspirology sees
deeper.
If the cornerstone of the Church is Christ, then the peak of the Masonic pyramid is likewise
located not in the human realm. That peak points in the direction of satan.
This standoff is reflected in Cabbalistic symbolism. In the six-pointed star, which consists of two
triangles. The triangle with its point facing up symbolizes the three hypostases of God. Since to
the Cabbalists God is evil, this triangle, which points to the first letter of the alphabet, "alpha",
is dark. The other, light colored, triangle points downward, to the last letter, "omega".
There are Masonic seals where this symbolism is turned upside-down. Here's the answer to the
riddle of the "four entities" of the Talmud mentioned by Sergei Nilus:
What's lower, and what's higher,
What's before and what's after.
In the meanwhile, the emissaries of the underworld, regardless of orientation, have
simultaneously descended on our country.

In December, 1988 a delegation of the Jewish lodge B'nai B'rith headed by its president Mark
Aron makes a visit to its Moscow affiliate.
The Grand Master of the Italian National Lodge Giuliano di Bernardi comes to Russia's capital.
He presents one very high-placed official with a copy of his book, along with a "brotherly"
greeting, in the latter's office.
Here's Grand Orient head Monsieur Ragache strolling hand in hand with Yeltsin's presssecretary Pavel Voshchanov in Moscow's corridors of power.
Grand Master of the National Lodge of France Claude Charbonnier makes a visit to Moscow to
swear in newly-baked Grand Master of the Great Lodge of Russia.
And here's our familiar "Brother Marchion", high initiate of Memphis Mizraim. Naturally, he's
warmly received in "intellectual opposition" circles(14). At the end of our interview I ask my
mysterious guest a direct question about the purpose of his visit. He smiles slyly:
For the time being I don't want to talk about that, but I hope the results of my visit will soon be
felt by you...

Disappointed man always feels that he's living in apocalyptic times. The past appears in golden
hues. This is the source of the mystery of return. In the mythology of nearly all peoples there's
the legend of the return of a spiritual leader or hero, sleeping from the times of the Knights of
the Round Table, Frederick the Great or the Merovingians...
These notions are marked by a paganistic world-view. But does everything in the world really
come full-circle?
The Savior died ... once. And was resurrected ... once. From that moment onward the world left
its eternal spiral. Ahead lies just one end of the world. One grand finale, which will be not a
catastrophe, but the end of all catastrophes.
Therefore the phrase "everything comes full-circle in the end" is nothing but an outdated
cosmogonic formula. However it might still become a powerful incantation among the high
priests of neo-paganism.
Here's how one of the theoreticians of Italian mystical fascism, Julius Evola, understood the
mystery of return:
An invisible and impregnable center, whose master must awake from his slumber, whose hero
will avenge for everything and put everything in its place, is by no means a romantic chimera of
the dead past but a reality for all those who today have the right to call themselves living human
beings.
Herman Rauschning wrote the following about Hitler's notions on that score:
Soon the time will come when he (Hitler) will have to go into isolation, disappear. And no one
must know of his whereabouts. A mystery must grow up around him; he must turn into a legend.
The masses will whisper about impending wonders. Finally the tension will become unbearable,
and yes, Hitler will reappear, in all his grandeur. He'll be above politics. He'll be a great lawgiver
and prophet, who will bring new tablets down from the Holy Mount.

But things turned out much differently. Under a portrait of Frederick the Great Hitler shot
himself on the night of May 1st. On Walpurgis Night, when the Valkyries carry the souls of
heroes to Valhalla.
A truly diabolical hint on theme of the hero's return!
But in whose guise will he return?

1. An attempt to introduce the idea of reincarnation into Christian dogma was rejected by the
Local Council of Constantinople in the year 543. Later Ecumenical Councils anathemized all
followers of the doctrine. But, as we see, they were not reformed.
2. It's noteworthy that there were many people of the arts among Steiner's followers. Among
them were Russians such as Andrei Bely and Maximilian Voloshin. Even Russian politicians in
emigration such as Lenin, Bogdanov, Krasin and others attended his lectures. <<
3. The Western, Jesuitical origins of the "Testament of Peter the Great", with its pan-Slavist
postulates such as the seizure of Constantinople, the creation of a unified Slavic state, and
alliance with England, are well known. Such historical enigmas could lead to a new academic
discipline, the "genealogy of ideas".
4. It's interesting that his personal motto was homo homini deus, "To man, man is god". This
reminds us of one of Crowley's commandments: "There is no god but man", derived in turn
from Lucifer's injunction to primordial man: "Be like the gods."
5. Steiner's followers are now active in our country too. One of them, a certain S.O. Prokofiev,
published a curious book recently entitled The Spiritual Fate of Russia and the Coming Mystery
of the Holy Grail. Its author attempts to separate the "pure" sources of Rosicrucianism, from
which anthroposophy arose, from those negative political and spiritual realities of modern
Masonry which have now become too obvious to hide. Prokofiev considers everything negative
in the lodges' activities to be the result of Jesuit infiltration.
6. Some say that Hess referred to Haushofer as his secret teacher and mage. The latter was an
initiate in the Japanese society The Green Dragon. The color green has strong mystical
significance. The researcher Jean Robin, author of the book Hitler, Chosen One of the Green
Dragon, writes that a mysterious Tibetan "wearing green gloves" appeared in Berlin in the
1930's. At that time he allegedly foretold the fate of the Reich.
Here's an earlier event: According to documents from the investigation of the murder of the
Russian Imperial Family, certain "green" personages directed events surrounding the Tsar.
Telegrams signed "green" arrived from Stockholm, the center of German espionage against
Russia at the time.
Investigator N.A. Sokolov postulated the existence of a certain secret society, which included
people in Nikolai II's immediate circle. They used secret ciphers and signs, including the
swastika, in their correspondence.
Among the items found after the death of the Imperial Family was Item 142, an "icon ... of small
dimensions; on the back side was an inscription in English, which we could only partially
decipher..." Later this icon fell into the possession of General Kutepov, and the inscription was

deciphered. In the Tsarina's hand the following was scrawled: "Green Dragon, you were
absolutely right." Later General Kutepov was abducted by chekists and died under mysterious
circumstances.
The political adventurist Trebich Lincoln, close to Hitler at one time, expressed his opinion that
the Green Society is headquartered in Tibet. Lincoln called himself "Lama Jorni Den". There's a
strange photograph of him in the "Ahnenerbe" archives. On the shaved head of the lama there
are clearly visible burn marks, resembling horns. This surprising personage meditated with
lighted candles on his head...
One can only conclude that this mystical society had a wide network of agents. They attempted
to influence the broad masses through literature, through a narrow circle of high-placed people
and through ideology and politics.
7. It's symbolic that each of its editions preceded a period of new upheavals in human history.
The first edition came out nine months before the beginning of the war in the Balkans; the
second - nine months before the beginning of World War I; the third - nine months before the
Sino-Japanese War; and the fourth - nine months before the beginning of the Spanish Civil
War...
8. One of Crowley's Russian followers gave a very impressive characterization of the coming
eon:
The world is enigmatic and unfinished, and blessed is he who does not fear its variety. Blessed
is he who regards his will with trust, and who's strong enough to find his place and goals in this
unfinished and unpredictable Universe.
"The gods, with their insane wisdom, are knocking at the door. Soon they'll shatter the once firm
foundations of philosophic thought.
"Western rationalism is falling, and the enormous cracked edifice of Kantian philosophy will
soon come crashing down. From its cracks many gods, light ones and dark ones, already peer
at us; an abyss of creative accidents, a many-faced and free world awaits us.
9. In Smyrna in the Seventeenth Century Sabbatai Zevi pronounced himself the savior of the
Jewish people, but later converted to Islam when he fell into captivity. His followers await his
return as the sacral King of the Jews and imitate him in everything including his conversion to
the Muslim faith.
10. Crowley, who signed his name "666", also had an enormous cultural influence. Among
those who call themselves his followers in our time are David Bowie, Ozzie Osbourne,
members of the group Led Zeppelin and many others.
In one of his songs Osbourne addresses his teacher directly: "Mr. Crowley, I want to know what
you had in mind." The Beatles album cover Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band features a
photograph of Crowley.
Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones dedicated himself to Satan when he joined "Golden Dawn".
The names of his songs are characteristic: Sympathy for the Devil, Her Satanic Majesty, and
Vow of My Demon-Brother. Certain of this group's works were composed during Satanic voodoo
rituals. This "creative process" was described by its participants as a spontaneous appearance
of songs, as in a spiritualists' seance.
It's no accident that many listeners describe the effect such compositions produce as similar to

narcotic stupor. Such satanic flirtations ended for the Rolling Stones with a terrible carnage at
one of their concerts. Jagger, who regarded the occult as simply an amusing game, was in
shock. It was only then that he understood the power behind his incantations.
German researcher Jan Van Helsing calls our attention to one more characteristic detail. For
several decades now the technique of "masked reverse audio" has been used to influence
listeners. Inaudible messages are recorded in reverse and subliminally enter the subconscious.
In one song by the group "KISS" there's the encoded message: "The devil himself is god".
In a song by "Queen": "To hell with the Bible! All I want is magic!".
In "Werewolf", by the Beatles: "Start smoking marijuana and turn me away from the corpse".
(Satanists fear pronouncing the name of Jesus, referring to Him as "the corpse".)
Satanic influence on the stage and screen has formed a whole layer of youth subculture. The
aggressive biomass is ready. The only thing missing is the necessary political temperature and
a drop of catalyst for an explosion to occur. Like the one which happened in Europe more than
half a century ago.
Specialists ascribe to the influence of "Golden Dawn" the derationalization of the European
consciousness, the introduction of the intuitive and chaotic element. That which will assure the
unthinking obedience of the crowd to a single will.
Just whose will that will be is clear. Among the main accents in rock-culture are incantation to
murder and suicide and the inflaming of sexual lust. Hebraists state that the purpose of the
rocking of the body during hasidic prayer is to induce god's sexual union with his heavenly
wife, shekhina, so as to give birth at long last to moshiach, or messiah. Could this be the
mystical underside of the semitic-hamitic rhythms in the music now being foisted on today's
youth?
According to Oleg Platonov: "The founder of rock Elvis Presley was proud of his Judaic
heritage and was inspired by his "special mission for the destruction of Christianity.
"Drug addict and sodomite Presley, according to Christians who witnessed his performances,
was a "strongly expressed satanist". As researcher in satanism John Todd notes: "All (rock)
records dedicated to satan are the same. Rhythms are used which arouse movements of the
sex act. The person is suddenly overcome with a feeling, similar to a state of madness, which
often leads to hysterics"."
11. This reminds us of a case in the beginning of the 90's, when one French Masonic journal
published two photographs side-by-side: one showing members of the Provisional Government
(with an explanation that said government consisted 99% of Masons) and another of Yeltsin on
a tank next to Burbulis and Korzhakov. The caption noted that the Masonic lodge "Novikov"
was founded in Moscow on the eve of the putsch.
12. Many Nazi documents, especially those of the SS, are infused with anti-Christianism. The
"Interpretation of Laws of the Order of the SS", published in 1938, states in part: "One of the
ten commandments, which actually ought to be called the 'ten interdictions', states: "Thou
shalt not steal!" There's no doubt that this injunction, when it was taught to our forebears in the
course of Christianization of the Germans, acquainted them for the first time with the idea of
theft. Until then the property of another was sacred and inviolable for them." (The Interpretation
of the Basic Law regarding the inviolability of property prescribes all SS institutions to do away
with the locking of cabinets not containing secret documents.)

13. Back in January, 1870 Mazzini wrote to Albert Pike:

We must create a super-ritual which will remain secret. We'll use it to initiate high-degree
Masons of our choosing... These people will be sworn to the highest secrecy. By means of this
super-ritual we'll control all of Masonry...
[Mazzini was an Italian revolutionary. Albert Pike was the head of American Freemasonry at the
time]
14. In keeping with his order's traditions, "Brother Marchion" is one of the leaders of the radical
"nonconformist" movement in the West known as "New Resistance". According to its
publication , one of the movement's authorities is Aleister Crowley.

Synarchism: The Fascist Roots of the Wolfowitz Cabal

In 1922, Count Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi launched the Pan European Union, at a

founding convention in Vienna, attended by more than 6,000 delegates. Railing against the
"Bolshevist menace" in Russia, the Venetian Count called for the dissolution of all the
nation-states of Western Europe and the erection of a single, European feudal state,
modeled on the Roman and Napoleonic empires. "There are Europeans," CoudenhoveKalergi warned, who are "nave enough to believe that the opposition between the Soviet
Union and Europe can be bridged by the inclusion of the Soviet Union in the United States
of Europe. These Europeans need only to glance at the map to persuade themselves that
the Soviet Union in its immensity can, with the help of the [Communist] Third International,
very quickly prevail over little Europe. To receive this Trojan horse into the European union
would lead to perpetual civil war and the extermination of European culture. So long,
therefore, as there is any will to survive subsisting in Europe, the idea of linking the Soviet
Union with Pan Europe must be rejected. It would be nothing less than the suicide of
Europe."
Elsewhere, Coudenhove-Kalergi echoed the contemporaneous writings of British Fabian
Roundtable devotees H.G. Wells and Lord Bertrand Russell, declaring: "This eternal war
can end only with the constitution of a world republic.... The only way left to save the peace
seems to be a politic of peaceful strength, on the model of the Roman Empire, that
succeeded in having the longest period of peace in the west thanks to the supremacy of his
legions."
The launching of the Pan European Union was bankrolled by the Venetian-rooted
European banking family, the Warburgs. Max Warburg, scion of the German branch of the
family, gave Coudenhove-Kalergi 60,000 gold marks to hold the founding convention. Even
more revealing, the first mass rally of the Pan European Union in Berlin, at the Reichstag,
was addressed by Hjalmar Schacht, later the Reichsbank head, Economics Minister and
chief architect of the Hitler coup. A decade later, in October 1932, Schacht delivered a
major address before another PanEuropa event, in which he assured Coudenhove-Kalergi
and the others, "In three months, Hitler will be in power.... Hitler will create PanEuropa.
Only Hitler can create PanEuropa."

According to historical documents, Italys Fascist dictator Benito Mussolini was initially
skeptical about the PanEuropa idea, but was "won over" to the scheme, following a
meeting with Coudenhove-Kalergi, during which, in the Counts words, "I gave him a
complete harvest of Nietzsches quotes for the United States of Europe.... My visit
represented a shift in the behavior of Mussolini towards PanEuropa. His opposition
disappeared."
At the founding congress of the Pan European Union in Vienna, the backdrop behind the
podium was adorned with portraits of the movements leading intellectual icons: Immanuel
Kant, Napoleon Bonaparte, Giuseppe Mazzini, and Friedrich Nietzsche.
Bankers Fascism
The pivotal role of Schacht in the Hitler coup and in the Pan European Union, highlights a
critical dimension of the universal fascist scheme: the top-down role of the financial
"overworld" and its banking technocrats. By all historical accounts, Schacht was the
architect, in 1930, of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), along with the Bank of
Englands Montagu Norman. Historian Carroll Quigley, in his epic book, Tragedy and
HopeA History of the World in Our Time (New York: MacMillan Company, 1966),
described the BIS scheme to establish a dictatorship over world finance:
"The powers of financial capital had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a
world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of
each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in
a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret
agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the
system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private
bank owned and controlled by the worlds central banks which were themselves private
corporations. Each central bank, in the hands of men like Montagu Norman of the Bank of
England, Benjamin Strong of the New York Federal Reserve Bank, Charles Rist of the
Bank of France, and Hjalmar Schacht of the Reichsbank, sought to dominate its
government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to
influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative
politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."
Quigley highlighted the role of Schachts closest ally in the BIS scheme, Bank of England
Governor Norman, who headed the privately owned British institution for an unprecedented
24 years (1920-44). "Norman was a strange man," Quigley reported, "whose mental outlook
was one of successfully suppressed hysteria or even paranoia. He had no use for
governments and feared democracy. Both of these seemed to him to be threats to private
banking, and thus to all that was proper and precious in human life. Strong-willed, tireless,
and ruthless, he viewed his life as a kind of cloak-and-dagger struggle with the forces of
unsound money which were in league with anarchy and Communism."
Montagu Norman and Hjalmar Schacht personified the banking overworld, that bankrolled
and installed Hitler and the Nazis in power, in pursuit of their larger, universal fascist
scheme.
Even more damning were the profiles of Schacht and Norman and their role in the Hitler
project, in The Hitler Book, by a Schiller Institute research team, headed by Helga
Zepp-LaRouche (New York: New Benjamin Franklin House, 1984):

"The BIS, nominally set up after the breakdown of normal international financial relations
in order to prevent a downward spiralling of international payments, in fact finished off the
hapless Weimar Republic by its stern refusal to come to the help of a virtually bankrupt
Germany in the crucial summer of 1931, after the Danat Bank collapse had brought the
whole nation to its knees. Schacht, who had been a member of the original BIS team and
was to return to its board from 1933 through 1938, had been campaigning since his 1930
resignation as head of the Reichsbank, for Anglo-American support for a takeover by the
NSDAP [Nazi Party] and its leader, Herr Hitler. He had resigned on March 7, 1930 and the
BIS was formally established in June. In September, he was off to London and the United
States, to sell the Nazi option to the Anglo-American leadership, notably Bank of England
governor and BIS director Montagu Norman, and the already influential Dulles brothers of
Sullivan & Cromwell law firm, one of Americas most influentialand the attorneys for IG
Farben, and many other large German companies and provincial governments. Schachts
Hamburg friend and colleague, patrician Nazi Gerhard Westrick, ran the correspondent law
firm to Dulless in Germany."
On March 16, 1933, a grateful Hitler brought Schacht back as head of the Reichsbank,
explained The Hitler Book. A year later, Schacht was made Economics Minister. "Now, the
BIS was going to help the Third Reichby 1939 it had no less than several hundred million
Swiss gold francs invested in Germany. On the BIS board were Baron Kurt von Schrder,
by now a general in the SS Deaths Head Brigade; Dr. Hermann Schmitz of IG
Farbenwhom Schacht had trained at the imperial economics ministry from 1915 onand,
later, Hitlers two personal appointees, Walter Funk and Emil Puhl of the Reichsbank."
Synarchist/Nazi-Communist
The larger universal fascist schema, into which the Norman-Schacht "Hitler project" fit, was
well known to leading American intelligence, military, and diplomatic figures of the Franklin
Roosevelt era, who maintained exhaustive files under such headings as "Synarchist/NaziCommunist."
U.S. government archives from the FDR era, which were made available to EIR
researchers, feature extensive intelligence reports on the international fascist plots, from
the files of the U.S. State Department; U.S. Army Intelligence and Navy Intelligence; and
the Coordinator of Information (COI), and its successor, the Office of Strategic Services
(OSS). These files are of immediate relevance today, given the ongoing coup dtat in
Washington by the disciples of Leo Strauss, Alexandre Kojve, and Carl Schmitt inside the
George W. Bush Administration. Kojve and Schmitt were leading figures in the wartime
"Synarchist" conspiracy, and they personified the perpetuation of that universal fascist plan
and apparatus into the postwar period.
Already, following EIRs lead, major American and European newspapers have identified
such putschists as Paul Wolfowitz, Abram Shulsky, William Kristol, John Ashcroft, Steve
Cambone, and Gary Schmitt as the offspring of the late University of Chicago Prof. Leo
Strauss; Strauss, in turn, was the life-long collaborator and promoter of Nazi jurist Carl
Schmitt, official Nazi philosopher and Nietzsche revivalist Martin Heidegger, and French
Synarchist Alexandre Kojveall unabashed advocates of tyranny as the only appropriate
form of government. Although the May 4 Sunday New York Times feature off-handedly
mentions Kojve as Strausss colleague, without further identification, all of the major
media coverage has been sanitized of any discussion of the overtly fascist/Synarchist roots
of the Straussian creed.

Nevertheless, there are growing indications that some elements within the U.S. political
institutionsparticularly the military and intelligence communities, which comprise an
important element of what Lyndon LaRouche refers to as "the institution of the U.S.
Presidency"are waking up to the cruel reality that a small group of universal fascists has
seized the reins of power and is steering an ill-equipped President George W. Bush, the
United States, and the rest of the world into a maelstrom of perpetual war and chaos.
A timely review of the history of the 20th-Century Synarchists is, therefore, in order, to
enable those political circles already shocked into action, to understand the nature of the
enemy, and exploit the greatest weakness of these Straussian would-be putschiststheir
open embrace of universal fascism, otherwise known as "Synarchism."
The Langer Study
As EIR reported on May 9 ("Dick Cheney Has a French ConnectionTo Fascism"), in 1947,
OSS veteran and Harvard Prof. William L. Langer assembled the official history of the
Roosevelt Administrations dealings with Vichy France. Our Vichy Gamble was based on an
exhaustive review of wartime archives, buttressed by interviews with top American officials,
including OSS head Gen. William Donovan and President Franklin Roosevelt himself.
Langer minced no words in discussing the Synarchist circles in Vichy France. Referring to
Adm. Jean Franois Darlan, who, along with Pierre Laval, was among the most notorious of
the Vichy collaborationists with the Nazis, Langer wrote: "Darlans henchmen were not
confined to the fleet. His policy of collaboration with Germany could count on more than
enough eager supporters among French industrial and banking interestsin short, among
those who even before the war, had turned to Nazi Germany and had looked to Hitler as
the savior of Europe from Communism.... These people were as good fascists as any in
Europe.... Many of them had long had extensive and intimate business relations with
German interests and were still dreaming of a new system of synarchy, which meant
government of Europe on fascist principles by an international brotherhood of financiers
and industrialists."
EIR is in possession of many of the documents that Langer reviewed, in preparing Our
Vichy Gamble. They offer an in-depth study of a fascist apparatus, whose European-wide
tentacles extended into France, Germany, Britain, Spain, Italy, the Netherlandsand,
across the Atlantic, inside the United States. One particularly revealing document, prepared
by the Coordinator of Information in November 1940, focussed on the Synarchist strategy
towards England and America. The document was called, "Synarchie and the Policy of the
Banque Worms Group."
The unnamed author began, "In recent reports there have been several references to the
growing political power of the Banque Worms group in France, which includes amongst its
members such ardent collaborationists as Pucheu, Benoist-Mechin, Leroy-Ladurie,
Bouthillier, and representatives of big French industrial organizations." Under the subtitle,
"Similarity of aims of Synarchie and Banque Worms," the report continued, "The
reactionary movement known as Synarchie has been in existence in France for nearly a
century. Its aim has always been to carry out a bloodless revolution, inspired by the upper
classes, aimed at producing a form of government by technicians, under which home and
foreign policy would be subordinated to international economy. The aims of the Banque
Worms group are the same as those of Synarchie, and the leaders of the two groups are,
in most cases, identical."

The "Banque Worms group" was closely allied with the Lazard banking interests in Paris,
London, and New York, and with Royal Dutch Shells Henri Deterding. Hippolyte Worms,
the banks founder, was one of 12 initial Synarchist Movement of Empire (SME) members,
according to other French police and intelligence reports.
The report itemized the aims of the Synarchists, as of August 1940: "to check any new
social schemes which might tend to weaken the power of the international financiers and
industrialists; to work for the ultimate complete control of all industry by international
finance and industry; to protect Jewish and Anglo-Saxon interests; ... to take advantage of
Franco-German collaboration to conclude a series of agreements with German industries,
thereby establishing a solid community of interests between French and German
industrialists, which will tend to strengthen the hands of international finance and industry;
... to effect a fusion with Anglo-Saxon industry after the war."
The author of the COI study reported, "There is reason to believe that both [Hermann]
Gring and Dr. [Walther] Funk are in sympathy with these aspirations," and that "Some
headway is claimed to have been made in securing the adhesion of big U.S. industry to the
movement."
Beaverbrook and Hoare
The COI studys segment regarding "Policy in regard to Great Britain," elaborated the
following Synarchist plan: "To bring about the fall of the Churchill Government by creating
the belief in the country that a more energetic government is needed to prosecute the war;
it is recognized that an effective means of creating suspicion of the Governments efficiency
would be to induce the resignation of Lord Beaverbrook; to bring about the formation of a
new Government including Sir Samuel Hoare, Lord Beaverbrook and Mr. Hore-Belisha.
(Note. The source has added that in the Worms group it is believed that those circles in
Great Britain who are favorably disposed to their plan, are most critical of Mr. Churchill,
Lord Halifax and Captain Margesson.); through the medium of Sir Samuel Hoare to bring
about an agreement between British industry and the Franco-German bloc; to protect
Anglo-Saxon interests on the continent; to reach an agreement for the cessation of the
reciprocal bombing of industrial centers. (Note. The source has added that Gring is
reputed to have signified his entire approval of this project.)"
The naming of Lord Beaverbrook and Sir Samuel Hoare, two leading figures in the British
Roundtable group, as Synarchist collaborators is of great significance, indicating that
American intelligence, from no later than 1940, was tracking the high-level British
involvement in the scheme for a postwar universal fascist "Europe of the oligarchs," along
precisely the lines spelled out in Count Coudenhove-Kalergis "Synarchist" manifesto,
founding the Pan European Union. Indeed, other U.S. intelligence wartime documents
identified the PEU as a project of the European Synarchist secret brotherhood. The
Synarchist Movement of Empire (SME), according to various accounts in the wartime U.S.
files, was founded in 1917 or 1922, and the first two major "projects" of the Synarchists
were Mussolinis March on Rome and the launching of the
Pan Europa movement
Back on the British front: Sir Samuel Hoare was a leading figure in British intelligence,
having been posted to Russia during the period of the Bolshevik Revolution, where he had
a personal hand in the assassination of Grigori Rasputin, after Rasputin had warned that
Russian participation in World War I would surely lead to the fall of the Romanovs. Hoare

was the leading British military intelligence case-officer for instigating the overthrow of the
Tsar and the Russian Revolution. He personified the upper echelons of what U.S.
intelligence files characterized as the "Synarchist/Nazi-Communist" group. In his capacity
as Foreign Secretary in 1935, he had negotiated the Hoare-Laval agreement, by which
Great Britain and France mutually accepted Mussolinis conquest by invasion of Abyssinia,
a major act of appeasement. He later served as British ambassador to Francisco Francos
Spain, and, according to several biographical accounts, remained secretly on Lord
Beaverbrooks payroll as a policy advisor. Hoare, later "Lord Templewood," was also a
leading British promoter of Frank Buchman and the Moral Rearmament Movement, the
antecedent to Rev. Sun Myung Moons Unification Church.
The case of Lord Beaverbrook (Max Aitken) has even more profound and enduring
implications, given that two of the leading financial-political propagandists for todays
neo-conservative revolution in Washingtonpress magnates Lord Conrad Black and
Rupert Murdochare Beaverbrook protgs. The Australian Murdoch, on graduating
Oxford, did an apprenticeship at Beaverbrooks London Daily Express, which Murdoch
referred affectionately to as "Beaverbrooks brothel."
For Black, the connection ran deeperthrough the wartime British secret intelligence high
command. Conrad Blacks father, George Montagu Black, worked directly under the
Beaverbrook chain of command during World War II, when Beaverbrook was Minister of
Aircraft Production, and when Black and Edward Plunkett Taylor ran the Canadian front
company War Supplies, Ltd. out of the Willard Hotel in Washington, coordinating all BritishAmerican-Canadian military procurement arrangements. The $1.3 billion garnered by Taylor
and Black from their wartime "private" arms deals provided the seed money for G.M.
Blacks postwar launching of the Argus Corp., which, today, is the Hollinger Corp. media
cartel of Conrad Black.
Beaverbrooks transformation, from a leading promoter of an Anglo-German alliance
following Hitlers takeover, to a leading war cabinet official, following Hitlers attack on
Britain, was nothing short of miraculous. In 1935, when Hoare had conducted the secret
negotiations with Laval, Beaverbrook had accompanied the Foreign Secretary on the trip
and conducted his own back-channel work to assure positive media coverage of the deal in
both England and France. That year, Beaverbrook traveled to Rome and Berlin for personal
meetings with Mussolini and Hitler. A year later, Beaverbrook was the guest of Hitlers
Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop, at the Munich Olympic Games.
But the most famous part that Beaverbrook played in the Hitler saga, had to do with the
1933 Reichstag firethe arson attack on the Weimar Republics parliamentwhich
consolidated Hitlers death grip on absolute power. Beaverbrook had posted a trusted aide,
Sefton Delmer, in charge of his Daily Express press bureau in Berlin, and Delmer had
become a confidant of Hitler, traveling with him on the campaign trail during the 1933
elections. Delmer was one of the first "journalists" to arrive as the Reichstag burned, and
his dispatch from the scenecomplete with exclusive interviews with Hitler, Gring, and
othersestablished the cover for the actual Nazi authors of the terror attack, which sealed
Hitlers dictatorship. Delmer, in a 1939 article recounting the incident, stuck to his story,
which countered the majority of the world media coverage, and blamed the fire on a
communistnot on the Nazis.

Beaverbrookeven after his "Damascus road conversion" to war cabinet ministerretained

his ties to the Nazi machine. When Nazi leader Rudolph Hess parachuted into Scotland, in
a final vain effort to maintain the Anglo-Nazi alliance against the Soviet Union, Beaverbrook
arranged a private prison interview with Hess. Details of the session are still sketchy, but
one quote to emerge from the meeting, was Hess telling Beaverbrook: "Hitler likes you a
great deal."
Synarchism Defined
Among the thousands of documents that EIR obtained from the U.S. wartime archives was
an 18-page French military intelligence report, summarizing a 100-page dossier on the
French Synarchist groups, dated July 1941. The report dealt with the Synarchist Movement
of Empire (SME), the Synarchist Revolutionary Convention (SRC) and the Secret
Committee of Revolutionary Action (SCRA), the military leadership arm of the SME, also
known as the "Cagoulards" (the "hooded ones").
The report provided a brief history:
The Synarchist movement is an international movement born after the Versailles Treaty,
which was financed and directed by certain financial groups belonging to the top
international banking community. Its aim is essentially to overthrow in every country, where
they exist, the parliamentary regimes which are considered insufficiently devoted to the
interests of these groups and therefore, too difficult to control because of the number of
persons required to control them.
SME proposes therefore to substitute them by authoritarian regimes more docile and more
easily manueverable. Power would be concentrated in the hands of the CEOs of industry
and in designated representatives of chosen banking groups for each country. In a word, the
idea is to give to each country a political constitution and an appropriate national economic
structure organized for the following purposes:
1. Place the political power directly into the hands of chosen people and eliminate all
intermediaries.
2. Establish a maximum concentration of industries and suppress all unwarranted
competition.
3. Establish an absolute control of prices of all goods (raw materials, semi-finished or
finished goods).
4. Create judicial and social institutions that would prevent all extremes of action.
The dossier reported that, following failed Cagoulard insurrections in 1934 and 1937, the
SME infiltrated all the economic and related ministries of the French government,
conducted sabotage from within the regime, and set the basis for the Vichy government of
1940, which was dominated, from top to bottom, by Synarchist secret society members.
The report named 40 top officials of the government of Marshal Henri Philippe Ptain, who
were all SME members.
The dossier repeatedly emphasized that the French SME was but one component of an
international Synarchist apparatus, "organized and financed in all countries by certain
elements of industrial CEOs and high banking circles. Its objective on the international level
is to subvert all of the democratic regimes in the world, and substitute them with stronger
governments, more docile and whose leaders of command in each nation are centralized in
the hands of a number of affiliates belonging to big business and international banking

interests which coordinate their activities around the world." In France, under the Vichy
regime, noted the dossier, "the main administrations of the country, have become the arms
of Bank Worms whose administrative council controls all of the top administrators of the
state."
The Synarchists did not concentrate all their efforts on infiltrating and controlling the Vichy
regime. A U.S. military intelligence report, dated July 27, 1944, from the military attach in
Algiers, warned of Synarchist penetration of the upper echelons of the Free French
government of Gen. Charles de Gaulle, headquartered in Algeria. "Some of the oldest and
formerly most faithful supporters of General de Gaulle are worried by what they call a
tendency to let Synarchism penetrate even the highest brackets of the Algiers
Administration," the report began. "It is believed that General de Gaulle up to recently,
opposed Synarchism, which is a strongly reactionary movement, financed by the Haute
Banque. He has even ordered a confidential study to be made on the subject, a copy of
which has been seen by American officers." The report concluded, "If it is a fact that many
individuals who are holding positions of importance in the cabinet and the immediate
entourage of General de Gaulle, are also closely associated with political ideas alien to the
program which de Gaulle and his government publicly endorse, then far-reaching political
inferences may be drawn." Of course, a decade later, leading wartime "Gaullist" Jacques
Soustelle would launch the Secret Army Organization (OAS), which would be responsible
for repeated assassination attempts against de Gaulle, and would be implicated in the
Permindex assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
While it is not certain that Soustelle was a wartime member of the Synarchist plot, it is
certain, from French and American government records, that one leading Synarchist
operative infiltrated into the de Gaulle Free French camp was Robert Marjolin, one of
Alexandre Kojves prize student/protgs of his 1933-39 courses on Hegel, Nietzsche, and
the "end of history." Marjolin became Minister of Economy in the first de Gaulle postwar
government, and he immediately brought Kojve into the ministry.
The Cult of Napoleon
At its core, the Synarchist internationallike its front group Pan European Unionsought
to create a one-world tyranny, modeled on the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte. The first
"Synarchist" text was written in the 1860s by Joseph Alexandre Saint-Yves dAlveydre
(1842-1909), an occultist and follower of Napoleon Bonapartes own mystical advisor,
Antoine Fabre dOlivet (1767-1825). Fabre dOlivet had started out as a leading member of
the Jacobins, participating personally in the foiled assassination plot against King Louis XVI
in 1789. He later served as a top official of the Interior and War Ministries under Napoleon
Bonaparte. His occult writings about "purgative violence" and the "will to power"
antecedents of the works of Nietzschewere adopted by Saint-Yves dAlveydre, who
launched the idea of Synarchism as a counter to the anarchy that had destabilized all of
Europe, from 1648.
Saint-Yves successor, Gerard Vincent Encausse ("Papus"), founded the Saint-Yves
School of Occult Sciences, and began a recruiting drive for a secret society, which he
called the Synarchy Government. In his 1894 book Anarchie, Indolence & Synarchie, Papus
spelled out an ambitious scheme to recruit all of the leaders of industry, commerce,
finance, the military, and academia, to a single power scheme, aimed at destroying the
"internal microbe" of society, anarchy.
Both Saint-Yves and Papus envisioned a global Synarchist empire, divided into five

geographic areas:

Indeed, Alexandre Kojve is identified in Russian sources as a leader of the so-called

"Eurasians," a group of Russian emigrs in the 1920s Berlin and Paris, led by Sir Samuel
Hoares Guchkov and tied into the Soviet secret service project called "the Trust." The
"Eurasians" welcomed the Russian Revolution as a purgative force to wipe out corrupt
Western civilization. Kojves own cosmology of great tyrants counted Josef Stalin and
Adolf Hitler as second only to Napoleon, in achieving the "end of history" goal of a true
global tyranny.
Strauss, Kojve, Schmitt, and Schacht
While none of the American archive documents reviewed to date by EIR identify Nazi jurist
Carl Schmitt as a Synarchist, circumstantial evidence points to that conclusion. Schmitt was
an emissary to Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy, during the height of fascism, turning out
a series of juridical documents, justifying the jackboot tyrannies. Schmitt was a protected
asset of Gring, the leading Synarchist figure in Nazi Germany. Like the banker Hjalmar
Schacht, Schmitt was cleared of war crimes by the Nuremberg Tribunals.
In effect, as documented in The Hitler Book, Schacht blackmailed the Tribunal, by
aggressively asserting that he was only acting on behalf of the international financial
establishment, represented by the Bank for International Settlements, in his incarnation as
a top Nazi official. If backed against a wall, he threatened, he would provide evidence of the
international financial cabal behind the "Hitler project." Schacht was acquitted, over the
strenuous objections of both the American and Soviet judges.
In effect, the perpetrators of the Nazi Holocaust were brought to justice at Nuremberg,
while the architects of the larger Synarchist scheme, like Schacht and Leo Strauss mentor
Carl Schmitt, were given a safe conduct, and, through the efforts of postwar occupation
figures like John J. McCloy and Gen. William Draper, were vetted for future service.
A final note: In 1955, Schmitt was corresponding with Kojve, arranging for the Paris-based
Russian emigr to address the Dsseldorf industrialists associationwhich had been a
focal point of Franco-German "Synarchist" collaboration between the Nazi and Vichy
governmentsand meet, during that visit, with Schmitts close friend Schacht.
It was this Kojve who maintained the closest collaboration with Leo Strauss, and who
promoted his theories of purgative violence and universal tyranny with such leading Strauss
disciples as Allan Bloom (the mentor of Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz) and
Francis Fukuyama. This Synarchist stew remains Vice President Dick Cheneys gangs
"French Connection."
