Freegreen Company Annual Report

Our Company
Freegreen is a company which started in San Jose, United States of
America. We started in America because we saw that there are a lot of
people in the country with high education level and salary. Before we
started our company, we thought about the risk of our company failing
because the tax level is quite high and more population means more
competition against different companies, but if we are successful, we will
grow very quick, so we take the risk.
Our subdivisions are doing well. Our revenue and profit have
increased every quarter. At the end of quarter 4, our revenue was close to
USD 1 Million. We see this as a huge success. The main improvement comes
from the restaurant in Nigeria.

Our Improvements and Growth

From the start of the year to the end of the year, we grew a lot. After
we expanded our restaurant and purchase more products to sell in our
stores, we gained a lot more profit in just a few weeks which is great and
it makes us to feel motivated and have more confidence to expand our
company to other countries.

Our Future Plan

After we gained a huge profit in the time of quarter 4, we are thinking
and seeing what countries we will expand our company to and we are
thinking about opening new stores and restaurants in England and Mexico
because we see that these two countries have a lot of people and the tax
rates are lower than in the USA too. If we are successful and our company
grew more, I think it will be another huge success to our company.

Our Assets Value

In the end of quarter 4, we had more money and we invested some
money into building a spice factory after the end of quarter 4. We decided
to build a spice factory because we saw that the cost of the spice in the
market is pretty high and spice is one of the ingredients we need in our
restaurant so we decided to open the factory so we dont need to buy spices
and we can sell them to others as well. Sadly, the factory did not ran well
and we lost our money every week so we need to close it down after two
weeks.
In the end of quarter 4, our assets value was $19,464,520 and we had
around $18 million. These numbers decreased down after we opened the
factory so we need to close it down.

Our Inventory and Supplies

At first, our company had a lot of chocolate and oysters in our
inventory and supplies. We reduced the price down and we managed
to sell most of them but there is a new problem for us. We are now
having a lot of spice which is for our restaurant in our inventory. We
will try to maybe reduce the cost in our restaurant down a bit to
attract more customers in.

Our stores and restaurant

We still only have 3 stores and 1 restaurant opened at the moment.
We were about to open more restaurants but since our factory failed and
we lost a lot of money, we decided to stay safe and try to recover and be
stable again before we open new restaurants.
All of our subdivisions can make profit. The subdivision that made us
the most profit now is the restaurant in Nigeria, not the San Jose Store like
before.

We are able to maintain our revenues

consistently and our revenues increased
hugely by the end of quarter 4 from the
restaurant in Nigeria. The other subdivisions
made less money each week but they still have
consistent revenues.

(50,000)

Overall, we made a profit, but the San

Jose store actually lose money. We were able
to turn the stores financial status around by
the end of quarter 2 and all of the stores
made profit. By the end of quarter 4, Nigeria
Restaurant is the one who made huge profits
every week because the number of
customers increased greatly.

San Jose Store, USA

We started off with a loss of money. Then, we started making profit
and making more profit. Though, sometimes we still lose money but the
profit from the next update is more than the money we lost. The expenses
are almost at the same point all the time, but our revenues is increasing
which is good. In the midpoint of quarter was the highest peak of profits
and revenues which we have never reached before but then the number
dropped down about halfway at the end of quarter 4. We are thinking about
purchasing more products to sell in the store and maybe we can increase
our income even higher than the current peak.

Nigeria Restaurant
This is the restaurant we opened after Quarter 2 midpoint. We made
a great improvement to the restaurant and we think that this is the most
successful thing that we achieved in this year. We had a consistent profit
before in quarter 3. We saw that the amount of our customers are not
increasing at all so we decided to move to the city center and expand the
size of our restaurant. Surprisingly, the number of customers increased
from around 6 people to 37 per week in just 1-week time. This is the most
successful thing we achieved. Now, we are able to make even more profits
and we can use the money to invest more in other things and try out new
things to improve our company too.

Nigeria Store
This is the very first subdivision we opened in Nigeria excluding the
office. It is located in Abuja. We made consistent profits every week. The
peak point for our profit of this store is in quarter 3 midpoint then it started
to drop down. The reason that it dropped down because the products are
running out of stock and we cant find a manufacturer that sells those
products at reasonable prices. We are still trying to order more products
in. Though, the number of customers are growing.

This store was doing really well, it had consistent profits and
revenues. Though, the numbers started to drop down because the products
are running out of stock and we are having the same issue as our other
Nigeria Store that we cannot find manufacturers that have a reasonable
price. We are trying our best to fix this problem.

doing well for the first year of our company. We believe that we can do
better and we will try to improve our company all the time.
