IV.MARKETING PROGRAM
Part of the marketing strategy is to consider the demand for the product at
the moment. The market will be checked regarding the demand and supply of the
product. By this, the scheduled harvesting which should be pursued by the
operating manager can be determined. After the product is harvested, it will be
delivered to the retail market such as fish markets. An elf truck will then be used
to deliver the products to the market.
The desired markets for the proposed project are the Mega Market fish
vendors, Gaisano Grand fish section, different eateries, restaurants, in
Kidapawan City and its nearby municipalities.

VI. CONCLUSION
The present problem faced by the market particularly in Kidapawan City is
the insufficiency of fish supply delivered by the producers. This is due to low
production in the area. Because of this factor, the market cannot reach its full
potential. The demand for fresh water fish like tilapia is high among the local
consumers. Shortage of tilapia hits an average of 39.46%, thus creating
marketing opportunity for our business. A sound marketing strategy should
include consideration of the demand for the product at the moment.
