We have received information alleging your involvement in an incident which occurred on April 11,2015 and included the following alleged
community standards and r policy violations: Noise / Quiet Hours
‘You may not make noise disruptive to others either inside and /or outside of residence halls (including the courtyard and surrounding aress).
Practice courtesy and consideration for others at all times. Ifnoise is bothering one person on the floor, wing or in the building, its too loud. Ifthe
noise can be heard one door away, of on the floor abave or below yours, whether doors are open or not, itis too loud.
(Quiet Hours (the absence of loud noise or distractions) are in effect:
Sunday through Thursday 11 PM to 10 AM
Friday and Saturday Midnight to 10 AM,
Atother times, you are expected to exercise good judgment with respect to making excessive noise. Do net make or cause noise that infringes on
the rights and needs of others to sleep and study. Courtesy hours are in effect 24 hours a day. Any loud noise or distraction that attracts the
attention of other students and/or staff members is incompatible with a proper hall environment.
‘This notice serves as a Written Warning regarding this incident, A conduct file has been opened for you with Residence Life, Further violations of,
Residence Life's Policies and Procedures may result in more severe sanctions consequences. Please refer to the Policies and
Procedures regarding the policies of the residence halls, Ifyou have specific questions about this case or would like to diseuss it further please
see your Community Director

Narrative: At 12am on April 1th, 2015 in Yuma Residence Hall onthe third floor, east side, Resident Assistants Jennifer Wainwright and Poorva
Rajguru were dealing with another incident While this ineident was occurring, Resident Assistants Wainwright and Rajguru noticed loud music
coming from room 332. RA Wainwright knocked on the door saying "RA on duty” and the music volume was reduced, A litle while later the
music seemed to inerese in volume, so RA Rajguru knocked on the door and the music volume was reduced again, However, around 12:30am,
‘the music was back to ts original volume and the Resident Austin Friteke would not reduce the volume or open the door o acknowledge the RAS
fon duty, After consulting with Resident Assistant Sanket Shah, we found out that Resident Fritzke has been given warnings in the past about the
noise level of his musie.
