BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
To perform a variety of key services, such as: introduction of products and services to the potential
customers, provision of qualified consultancy over the utilization of products; provide on-spot
consultancy and guidance to each customer and preparing comprehensive reports/recommendations.
Organize and provide theoretical and practical training courses to company target audience and raise
the technical qualifications of the company employees via providing regular trainings and workshops
(teach how to use various painting techniques to include varnishing, plastering and masonry repairs to
walls and ceilings).
Ensure permanent testing of dealers merchants; provide on-spot problem analyses for dealers and
merchants such as: selection of materials and products, thorough calculation and suggestion of
alternatives; provide quality assurance and control (QAC) over implementation of customer orders
and presentation of QAC of reclamations.
Development of information database trough collection and distribution of information among
stakeholders.
Preliminary assessment of product technical specifications and costs/prices.
Introduction of new products, testing of new/progressive technology.
Participate in extensive local and international business trips (e.g. workshops, seminars, conferences
etc.).
Effective management of subordinates.
Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
EDUCATION: Architecture, Engineering and/or Commercial-industrial painting.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: The priority will be given to candidates with previous working
experience in industries/fields such as Interior Design, Painting, Construction & Engineering,
Refurbishment and other related fields.

LANGUAGE: Fluent in English and Russian Languages, spoken German would be an advantage.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Skill in the use and care of hand tools and power
paint mixers; ability to estimate materials and costs of projects; leadership; ability to work under
pressure/stress resistance; problem solving skills; decision making skills; coaching & mentoring
skills; ability to participate in facility studies; risk and entrepreneurship skills; people management
and communication skills; must have a valid local drivers license category B; full proficiency in MS
Office applications; ability to achieve knowledge and accept change;
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Self-starter with high level of motivation; high level of
loyalty; Goal oriented and high level performer; the ability to think logically; analytical thinking;
the ability to work in complex-field conditions.
