    Employability and Professional Development

    Your training at Birmingham City University will enable you to acquire the skills and attitude
    needed to be a successful teacher or education professional. Subsequent courses that are aimed at
    professional development will ensure your skills are up to date so that you can thrive in your
    chosen career.
    95 per cent of leavers from the School of Education went into employment or further study.

    Our excellent links with local employers and local authorities in the region means we are able to
    draw on outside professional expertise for career support and help you get real world work
    experience to help you find a job when you graduate.
