Director of Monument Distribution Operations (2014 - 2015)

2009 to 2015

Managing 4 facilities, directing 193+ (& 100 support) personnel containing inventory of 31,000+ SKUs. 2.1MM
pieces, 17,600 surgical kits, in 60,000+ locations, supporting 5 Sales Divisions for transformation business changes,
sales samples and business alignment, AO training/education which generated a throughput of 76+ million pieces

Successfully integrated and aligned legacy DePuy/Synthes Distribution Center as Site Project Leader into the J&J
