Letter of Award
We are pleased to confirm acceptance of your quotation for the sum of
RM51,500.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifty One Thousand Five Hundred
only) subject to the following terms, conditions and requirement:
a.

Scope of Work
As per your quotation dated 29th March 2006. Quotation attached as
per Appendix A.

b.

Site
The site is located within the premises of Wisma Rozali at No 4
Persiaran Sukan, Seksyen 13, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor. No
extension of operation shall be allowed beyond the specified area.

c.

Commencement and completion date

The Works shall immediately commence upon your acceptance of

this Letter of
Award and shall complete by the 19th June 2006 (Completion
Date).
d.

Term and Payment

Payment to the contractor shall be 100% upon satisfactory
completion of the contract scope of work.

e.

Keeping site clean

The contractor is to ensure that the whole premises be thoroughly
clean up prior to handling area, should it be otherwise, we shall
engage a contractor to do the cleaning works and bill you
accordingly.

f.

Safety procedures
The contractor is responsible to adhere to all safety procedures
during their operations and to provide signs and barricades for
protection of employees and general public.

g.

License / Permit and Insurance

The contractor is responsible to apply any relevant license / permit
from all relevant authorities and to acquire all relevant insurance
coverage for workmen, public and damage to property during the
execution of the works.

h.

Comprehensive defects report

The contractor will provide a comprehensive report of the buildings
silicon seal defects and any other defects as a reference for the
subsequent restoration works.

i.

Termination notice
In the event the contractor fail to complete the work within the
specified period, Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd have every right to
terminate the contract. The contractor shall then be liable to
compensate Puncak Niaga (M) Sdn Bhd for the uncompleted job.
