8.2

Implementation Plan
8.2.1

Site Preparation

For installation of Hotel Management And Booking System a site inspection

is conducted to determine if the available computer units of the hotel meet the
hardware and software requirements of the system.
The computer units that will be used are then placed in a designated space
within the reservation office and the administrators office. This is where the
employee and manager encode the information of the guest.
8.2.2

Personal Training

The training program will include a introduction to developed system,

emphasizing on how the usual activities done in manual system recording of
the guest information and the computations of the bills are automated.
Program modules that perform each step of the manual system will be
explained, highlighting the results of the processes and their connection to the
entire system. Each menu option will be tackled so that the user would know
which option to choose for intended activity.
The personnel and the user are required to undergo also in trading and
seminar below:

System Conversion

All the computer units in pacers hotel are operating in MS Windows 7, MS

Windows 8 and MS Windows 10, hence minimal system conversion is
required.
Upon installation of Hotel Management And Booking System, program
module are checked and the necessary alterations are done to ensure the path
where database will created, stored is correct and save the information of the
guest. This is done for every installation of the system.

8.2.4

Data Conversion

Minimal data conversion is needed because the Hotel Management And

Booking System is used for the guest who are just booking for their rooms.
And to know what is room available for the guest. New data from the guest
will encoded upon their reservation for the rooms available.

8.2.5

Implementation Schedule

The implementation of the Hotel Management And Booking System will be

implemented anytime of October. For everyday use of booking services.
