HISTORY OF THE PLANT AND GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

This Plant was originally built and operated for only two years processing
Copper Concentrate from an adjacent underground mine when it was shut
down. Soon after, it was modified and put back into service to process Talc,
which also exists from an open pit source on the same property. The Plant
continued to operate, as required for several years, but was shut down
permanently when the ore bodies were depleted of viable product and the

Plant was put on care and maintenance. Since its original conception, it has
had numerous upgrades, including the rebuilding and installation of
additional equipment to incorporate custom milling for the two distinct
Copper and Talc products. As a result, there are two separate coarse ore
feed systems. One from the underground workings, which dumps ore into
the coarse ore bin from an underground conveyor and a second that
incorporates a truck dump, which also feeds ore into the same coarse ore
bin. The crushing, which is located in a separate building outside of the Mill,
is accomplished with two Hazemag Crushers using a two stage crushing
process and a network of in Gallery Conveyors and size separation using a
combination of Grizzly Deck Feeder over the Primary Crusher and Symons
Nordberg Single Deck Screen, that is located above the fine ore bin, which
conveys the oversize back to the secondary Hazemag Crusher. The Fine Ore
Bin is located next to the Mill and the ore is fed to the Plant Ball Mill from
three 24 x 30 Jeffrey Feeders, which are located under the Fine Ore Bin.
The Allis Chalmers 7 Dia. x 8 Long, 200 HP Ball Mill grinds the product
through a discharge trommel screen employing a 15 Cyclone and 5 x 4
SRL Recirculating Pump. The Ball Mill is also equipped with an oversize and
trash recovery discharge conveyor. The grinding slurry is then fed to a
network of Floatation Cells. The Bank of 6 Denver Sub A 30 Floatation
Rougher Cells and Bank of 8 Denver SubA 24 Cleaner Cells separates the
product further before the Dorr Oliver 24 Thickener separates the tails. The
final product is then fed to the Eimco 4 Dia. x 3 Disc Dewatering Filter,
which produces the Concentrate that is fed onto the Concentrate Truck
Load-out Conveyor system, within the Truck Loading Bay, that is attached to
the Plant Building. This is the basic operating aspects of the Plant.
However, there are numerous other pieces of equipment, including, feeders,
conveyors, pumps, compressors, vacuum pump, etc, that exist within the
Mill Processing Plant System. The Conveyor Frames and Drives, are for the
most part in good condition, but the conveyor belting should be replaced.
The Pumps and Floatation Equipment specifically, remain in very good
mechanical and cosmetic condition. The Main Conveyors, Crushers and Ball
Mill remain intact and the associated equipment is also in very good
condition. The compressors are somewhat antiquated, but appear to be in
good condition. The Canadian Ingersoll-Rand Vacuum Pump is intact and in
very good condition. The Dorr Oliver Thickener and Eimco Disc Filter are also
in very good to excellent condition. In general, most of the Conveyors,
Primary and Secondary Hazemag Crushers, Grizzly Feeder, Jeffrey Feeders,
Symons Nordberg Deck Screen, Allis Chalmers Ball Mill, Cyclone, Denver and
Allis Chalmers Pumps, Dorr Oliver Thickener, Eimco Disc Filter, Atlas Copco
Compressors and C.I.R. Vacuum Pump, are all in good condition. The Mill
Building, which is approximately 120 Long x 50 Wide is a pre-engineered,
steel reinforced beam and truss structure, and is in fair to good condition,
but the walls are concrete block and they obviously cannot be salvaged. For
the readers additional consideration, we have attached a flow sheet, which
better describes the operating characteristic of the Plant and existing Mill
Process System. Please also note that we can replace any of the equipment

from our current stock, or add equipment to increase production, or change

the operating characteristics of this Plant to meet our customers processing
criteria.

*We estimate approximately $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 to

disassemble and load this entire Plant and approximately 12 tractor
trailer loads to move it
