1. Madhupur (i) BTS Installed & Media tested with battery.
(ii) Transformer faulty since last 4days ( i.e One phase is not coming)
(iii) DG tested & presently DG bty. is not available at site.
2. Boribag Bonbag (i) BTS installed
(ii) Media is not tested
(iii) Battery & P/P is avl. at site. But, it is not installed.
(iv) Electricity is not available.
(v) DG is not tested & DG Bty. is not available site.
3. Bajali Choukati (i) Installation of BTS is in progress.
( ii) Media is not tested
(iii) Battery & P/P is not avl. at site.
(iv) Electricity is not available.
(v) DG is not tested.

(i) BTS is avl. at site. Not installed due to water logging at site.

DISCUSSION OF FOLLOWING AGENDA FOR CM METTING ON DATED

19th & 20th August-2016
1.Measures taken to improve the uptime of BTSs and Node-Bs.
(i)
2. Relocation of low traffic BTSs and low data Node-Bs :Details Action Sitewise:Node-Bs
(i)
Rakhaldubi to Bhakarvita -- Already shifted. Other Work is progress.

(ii)

Chithilla to Sapatgram Work will completed during this month.

2G BTS--- Now it is proposed to shift USO BTS to IP sites. Due to water logging in
USO sites, the said work are delayed. During this month two sites will be relocated.
This is purely indoor BTS, because existing outdoor cabinet of USO sites have
already been damaged

3.NEP Data:- Tender part completed. Agreement with is in progress. Then work order will be
issued. This will be done within this week.
4.IP fication of Node-Bs:- All Node-Bs have already been ip-fied. But, three Node-Bs are
integrated & tested in IPs. Due to non-availibilty of ETMFX cards, 3nos. Node-Bs areworking
in ATM. So, 3 nos. of ETMFX card are reuired for the same.
6. Addition of more E1s in data potential 2G BTS:- Five nos have already been done. Work is
progress for further. It is delayed due to allotment of PCMs from ETR section.
7. Conduction of inter SSA wise Drive test;8. AT of phase-VII BTS:- Installer i.e M/s ZTE is not coming to site for carrying out AT of 2G &
Node-Bs.
9. Tender work for redeployment work of BTS:- E-tender preparation is completed which will be
floated during this week.
