No Immunity:- The provisions of Taxation and Investment Regime for
Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana 2016 shall not apply in relation to
prosecution for any offences punishable under the Prevention and Corruption
Act, 1988, the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988 and the
Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 etc. [See section 199-O(b)].
