NOTE:

Minutes of Jury Outcome (MOJO) has to be maintained for every jury/review and the previous comments need to be retained and produced in successive juries.
The general requirement is given above. These are the basic points for discussions / presentations. The finer details may vary for each topic, which may be done as Per Suggestions
given by guides.
Timely presentations and submissions at all the internal jury stages are appreciated.
Discussion on hard copies only/ no laptop in Discussions/Juries.
Part case studies/ similar studies/secondary studies as suggested have to be carried out with the permission of the guides.

Attendance:
Attendance for every discussion given above is considered. Student with inadequate discussions with the guide will not be eligible for the reviews.
The attendance will be given for discussions held in the allotted session only.
Log sheets in the given format has to be maintained by students for every discussion with guide signature.
Working Portfolio:

All Discussion sheets will be in standard format A1 size and will be part of working portfolio. After every discussion sheets has to be signed by Guides.
Unsigned sheets will not be entertained as part of working portfolio. Hence guides and students should ensure that every sheet should be signed with date.
Working portfolio has to be brought to every discussion and Juries.
During the course of the Prints back to back, no color prints and solid fills in drawings for jury/ discussion semester.
Representative scales, key plans, standard orientation must be followed for all drawings.
Report stage wise has to be submitted during juries (A4 back to back, B/W, paper clipped)
At all stages, except site study the ratio of Photographs to hand sketches should be 1:2.
Every discussion sheet A1 standard format has to be signed by guide and will be part of working portfolio.
At any stage the reports can be subjected to plagiarism test as per the rules of MU and marks can be deducted.
