Scope
Excel shall
Carry out installation and commissioning of the project
Carry out complete electrification within the plant
Provide specifications to clients civil contractor
Implement internal water distribution system within the plant
Client shall
Provide compostable Organic waste delivered to the plant free of cost
Provide Land and Investment required for the project
Provide an approach road and compound wall to the plant
Provide Electrical supply as per specifications to the Plant Control /Panel room
Provide Water supply to the plant.
Provide manpower to carry out operation at the plant.

Terms and Conditions

Validity The proposal is valid for acceptance within 45 days.
Payment To be paid in advance.

Timeline Civil Construction Work shall be completed within 3 months of

issuance of work order and provision of required land with boundary
walls. Project to be commissioned within 2 months of completion of civil
work.
