Good Day!
We the student of Iligan Medical Center College would like to ask for your permission to
allow us to open a Badminton Club for the students who are playing and are interested in playing
the said sport and to help promote mental and physical fitness in our school. We will be
promoting the said sport by providing education and skill development for beginners as well as
advanced players, and will be naming it as IMCC-Badminton Club.
We have a mission to promote camaraderie, friendship and discipline among IMCC
Badminton Club Members, so that they will develop fair mindset, become emotionally mature,
physically fit body and be morally upright pursuing a peaceful and positive quality of life
through Badminton as sport.
Our Vision is to be a good badminton player as we enjoy friendship of one another, to
promote the idea of sportsmanship, healthy lifestyle, the development of skills, the well-being
derived from physical activity, and the social aspects which the IMCC-BC has to offer.
We will also be promoting academic first policy, where, we will be considering the
academic status of the students before letting them join or participate in trainings and
tournaments to introduce time management and balance between school and sports. Upon
reading this letter, we hope that you find it in your heart to support us and allow us to exercise

Good Day!

allow us to open a Mini Badminton Tournament for only IMCC Student who willing to join the
tournament and to find good player who wanted to join our club. I Elton Venz J. Esponilla a 3 rd
Bs-criminology student request to help our tournament by shuttlecock sponsors and other needs
to success our mini tournament held at IMCC Auditorium on January 27-28-29, 2017.
