As a hotel tenent, you will not only benefit from our many years of experience as a financially sound developer and owner of commercial buildings, but you will also be able to take advantage of our expertise in the field of business apartments. Since 1995, we have been providing the tenants of our offices and commercial buildings with a special service: furnished apartments with short-term rental contract in close proximity to the work- place. This resulted in the creation of our new "hotel" area of expertise in 2005, which focusses on the 2- to 4-stars segment.

With us, you will have a business partner for your whole project, because at EUROPA-CENTER, we operate on the tried and tested principle "everything from a single source": we provide you with advice, implement your plans and ensure a timely delivery. Our efficient approach makes it possible for a new hotel to be opened just 18 months after the contract has been concluded.

On request, we can plan the interior furnishings in close coordination with the respective hotel operator. The entire design – from rooms to suites and long-stay apartments to the lobby – is carried out in accordance with the operator’s wishes and requirements.

In addition to extensive experience, planning and constructing an outstanding hotel requires paying attention to the essentials: the wishes of the hotel operator and the needs of the future guests. Our expertise in this area can be attributed to a wide range of pro- ject studies, creating a successful 3-star hotel in Bremen’s Airport- stadt and two apartment buildings.

Our in-house leasing, architecture and planner teams will assist you on site as a direct contact partner for all matters during the entire planning phase. We will provide you with advice and

support throughout – from the preparation of a feasibility study for your hotel project to clarification of all requirements, examina- tion of the applicable building laws and conclusion of the lease agreement.

We design optimal floor plans both for hotel chains with fixed design concepts as well as individual design concepts. Last but not least, we use our extensive network of external partners in the hotel construction industry to implement your requirements perfectly and swiftly.
