"Other Potential Outcomes" you have checked above in the Professional Data
section.
There is no doubt that exchanging between cultures plays a significant role in
introducing one society to another and to do this we have to amalgamate with
one another since we are humans and humans are created so as to work together
and know each other to cooperate and do something worth to serve the humanity.
This program encouraged me to apply for it so as to introduce my culture to the
American people and get benefit from the American culture in many aspects
especially its success in the educational process and reaching the peak of
countries around the world in this aspect so we as Kurdish people want to get
benefit from that wonderful exerience by developing our country to the best way
possible, and to follow suit.
As one of the teaching staff in Sulaimani University, I think we benefit greatly by
familiarizing with the American educational system and its reflection in their
Page 4 of 5

culture. Therefore, it will provide a great opportunity for us to revamp our

educational system and benefit from the American Educational system in every
nook and cranny and since American education system proved to be the leading
one all around the world so we have to look forward to do the things that
Americans did in their educational culture and their education became part of the
culture. To familiarize this culture, we have o experience it first-hand and try to do
everything we can in our hand to develop our Kurdish education and the culture of
education just like the American's.
Finally, I would like to point out that this program paves away for faculty staff
develop their skills via this program by visiting the States and develop the way
our education system operates and to have out touch be seen we get back to our
institutions.
