Lieutenant-Colonel J.M.F. (Francis) Bolduc, Commanding Officer, on the understanding that The Canadian Forces National lnvestigation Service (CFNIS) is this fair and independent
investigative arm of the Canadian Forces Military Police'

RE:

Redeeming the full value of Marc Boyer's War Bond, on the understanding that: by reaching
65 years of age means this bond has matured, thus resulting in my allotted inheritance being due.

GENERAL NATURE ON THIS PROTEST:

There is ample evidence to support the fact that past and presentAttorneys General in Canada
have obstructed and trampled on Marc Boyer's inalienable /inherited rights to be governed
under common law, and hindsight indicates that contrary to the rule of law - arbitrary abuse of
authority was used to preclude Marc Boyer from being graced with any rights under this trust.

Now that Marc Boyer's Bond has matured, i'm entitled to redeem it, and it now falls under the
authority of the Provost Marshall to enforce this bond redemption [not under the AG's trust]
ON THIS: it has been made clear to me that i cannot contact Mark Norman or Francis Bolduc
directly. Apparently one of the few agents i can ask /solicit to represent and communicate
/engage with these common law enforcers is to do so thru [in my case] Jenny Kwan.

ON PRESSING A QUICK REMEDY TO THIS BOND ISSUE:

ln order to proceed, in an orderly manner, i hereby demand Jenny Kwan to order Mark Norman
to send Peace Officers to go to THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR GENERAL archives and
retrieve a certified copy of the long original acetate form, and any other related documents;
and deliver them to Marc Boyer - ON THIS: 10-years ago, i was blocked access, because the
face value of this 000665 trust issue can be determined by examining this long bond issue, and
frankly it's where the solution to Marc Boyer's entitlement is actually prescribed by law.

A valid remedy appears to lie with Francis Buldoc representing Marc Boyer's best interests in a

There appears to be a need to act quickly, because i perceive that there are dark forces who
desire to rob the entire value of King George's CQV registry, on or around the 65th anniversary
of his death, and in so doing destroy [God's Law] common law throughout the Commonwealth,
and usher in another millennium of misery -As i see it, [as io Rom 11]: the only stumbling
stone to this theft /abomination of the millennium from happening is my Bond lssue.

As to my instruction left at Jenny Kwan's office. appoint a time and place to meet in person,
on or before January 11th 2017, in order to address these pressing concerns.

Military Court, because this World War Bond redemption issue falls under their authority to
defend; and frankly who else could enforce the ruling, other than the Provost Marshal?

RESPONSE TO AN OFFER TO PROCEED

First, i'd like to thank you for your quick reply to call me, to assure me that Jenny Kwan was
taking this email seriously, and iwas encouraged by her desire to initiate a creative solution.

ON THIS: i like the offer of initiating the involvement of Harjit Singh Sajjan.

was encouraged to hear that the order to recover my original 000665 documents with
THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR GENERAL archives, was not being delayed;
ON THIS: The retrieval of a certified copy of the long original acetate form, and any other
related documents, holds the ways and means to proceed with upholding the King's trust.

i did raise concern over bringing in the Justice Minister, and this is a very important point
that really does need to be clarified, and in the spirit of co-operation, i offer this proposal:

lt's understood that Jody can be trusted to do the duty of being the Minister of Justice,
BUT she's still the Queen's Agent, and this means her trust to honour this ultra secret
trust, held in these War Bonds is under scrutiny for old trust violations by the Queen.

2. I ask: How can Jody defend the King's trust?

The Queen has'no say' under Sec

340 CC [FRAUD], because these 37300 markings on my Statement result where 'the
Queen' cannot interfere with the redemption of this bond, other than to obey a Military
Court intervention and ruling, now that this bond has matured. As i see it, Jody is stuck
with defending the Queen's best interests, because no one can serve 2 masters.

On explaining a good offer: As isee UCC Law, all any politician, Judge, or Public
Officials have to accept is to implement and enforce the law of the land; because,
under the authority of this new Justice Minister who upholds this new King's trust,
results where allthese politicians Judges etc become the redeemers of all debt in
the world. lmagine: this results with the seed being good, therefore good will result.

These 37300 markings say that i hold a UCC 'Title to Property while on Water', and
under Sec 336 CC [and exactly as to lsaiah 3] this trust award should be given to one
of my brothers in my father's house; and never make me leader of people.

As to Dan 12, and l Cor 15, with this bond, i'm bringing the dead to life thru human
means; and don't worry about me, because, thru faith alone, i've reached this
threshold of now being the one like Adam. i'm becoming a life giving Spirit - in the
twinkle of an eye, the new Covenant will be written in our minds and etched in the
heart, of those who believe that the redeemer has come from Zion, and are saved.

docket CA 435091; because any hope of good first fruit will continue to be quashed.

now that my War Bond has matured [upon retiring] means Mark Norman is
required to act on behalf of the best interests as the Justice Minister for King George Vl's
Estate /Trust. - ON THIS: Think about it. : What part of repent or perish don't you get?
Nothing good can happen without a rebellion; there is no substitute for good first fruit.
The redemption of all debt is the key to conquering with Love. There can be no other way.
