Sub- Prayer for shown arrest the accd. Sri Bogaram Kutum @ Nabin S/O Sri
Ghana Kanta Kutum of Amtenga Gaon, PS- BKT, Dist- GLT and
remanded for police custody for 5 (five) days.
Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above I have the honour to report
that the below noted accd person is required for shown arrest and remanded
police custody for a period of 5 (five) days in connection with above reference
case who has been surrendered before Hon'ble Juvenile justice Board on
05/06/2013 in connection with BKT C/No. 166/2009 u/s 302/34 IPC. Now the
accd person is at observation house, Jorhat, Lichubari.
B.N.- on 25/2/13 complt Sri Bidyajyoti Baishya Forest Range Officer, Eastern
Range, Agortoli, KNP lodge an FIR to the effect on that day at about 12 noon
the forest patrolling party recovered a dead rhino at the western side of
Boralimara bech under Arahuti Forest Camp and found bullet marks on the
body of that dead rhino and the horn was cut away from that dead rhino. The
forest Dept suspected the involvement of the persons in this case namely-(1)
Sri Bogaram Kutum, (2) Sri Debananda Pegu, (3) Sri Bhobesh Doley, (4) Sri
Dipen Patir & (5) Sri Bishnu Doley. Hence the case.
Therefore I pray for your honour to kindly may pass an order for shown
arrest and remanded him on police custody for 5 (five) days.
