1.1 Company Profile


MakMur is a company that sells food products called Makaroni
Murah. This company has been established since two years ago on November
09 , 2014. The company is located at Jalan Telaga No. 32 RT 11/03, East Jakarta.
Vision
Making MakMur as a typical traditional Indonesian food that is able to
penetrate the world market.
Mission
a. Create a MakMur which has a variety of flavors.
b. Marketing MakMur in the traditional markets and modern markets.
c. Making "MakMur" as a staple food in Asia.

The strengths of this product are :
1) Selling products for all societies.
2) 1 ( one ) product consists of several kinds and flavors.
3) Material guaranteed and hygienic products.

The weakness of this product is :
1) Do not durable.
2) Its products are easily imitated.

1.4 Marketing Mix
a. Products
Products sold are "Macaroni Schotel" which is a daily snack.
b. Price
Price per serving Rp 25,000 because the price is very affordable and
relatively inexpensive.
c. Promotion
In the promotion of these products by distributing brochures to the public
and conducted promotional period on each purchase of one package with
the contents portion 5 will give a 10% discount of the price.
d. Place
The place chosen is near " APP " as a strategic and a lot of consumers .

1.5 Production Process


To make Makaroni Murah, materials needed and the production process as
follows:
a. Material:
12 ounces elbow macaroni
1 medium onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
0.75 (12 ounce) can corned beef, diced
2 hot dogs, sliced down middle then diced
14 lb smoked ham, thinly sliced
1 (8 ounce) box neufchatel cheese
1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons sugar
salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 12 teaspoons ground nutmeg

2 eggs, beaten
12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
14 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded

1.6 Contract and Terms


Monthly Fees:

the rent that we proposed in this business proposal is Rp. 2.500.000/month

Quarterly/Yearly Fees:

Our fees will be paid in a matter of years, so we paid 30 million / years

Payments:

Late Payment fees will be assessed on any account past due by 30 days.

1.7 Goals/Purpose
By looking at the potential or advantages as the above, I would like to
make a food business, namely food business MakMur to be developed into a
big business so that people will never forget with traditional food typical of
Indonesia.
