AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, SHANE LOU TORRES, 27 years old, resident of Cabatanga, Makato,
Aklan, Aklan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
depose and say:
That I am the authorized representative of FIRST PACIFIC
FORTUNE CORP., a duly organized corporation under the Philippine
laws, operating business under the name GAISANO CAPITAL, with
branch store address at Roxas Avenue Extension, Kalibo, Aklan;
That I, on behalf of my above-said principal, am filing criminal
complaints against GAISANO CAPITAL KALIBOs employees who stole
several goods from the said store;
That the testimony of LIMSTON J. MACAHILIG JR. will be necessary
in the establishment of the said cases, and in view of his willingness to
cooperate in the pursuance of the cases, I will not be filing any case against
him should it turn out that he is involved in the commission of the offense in
any manner.
