Examination Procedure for December 2016

Assignment based exams
1. Students performance will be evaluated on the basis of
Assignments, which will be uploaded on our website
www.humanrights.net.in or www.rightsedu.net. Students can take the print
outs of the assignments on 1st December, 2016. There will be 12 assignments in the first year and 8 assignments in the second year. Therefore
students will not have to go to any exam centre.
6. Assignment fees is Rs. 300/- per paper i.e. Rs. 3600/- for first year
assignments and Rs. 2400/- for second year assignments.
7. All assignments duly completed along with assignment fees should be
sent together to the Institute for evaluation latest by 24 December 2016,
only by speed post. Assignments which reach us after 24 December, 2016
will not be accepted. Assignments without assignment fees will also
not be accepted.
8. Demand Draft for the assignment fees should be made in favour of
Indian Institute of Human Rights payable at New Delhi. Students coming
to the Institute to deposit their assignments may pay the fees in cash.
9. Each assignment will be of 100 marks.
10.Students can purchase Question answer notes in English for the first
year for Rs. 1300/- and for the second year for Rs. 1100/- (Clearly mention your specialisation)
11. Students of 2015 and previous batches who have not paid their second year fees should immediately pay Rs. 9500/- (Rs. 7500/- towards
second year fees and Rs. 2000/- towards late fees)
2. Students of 2015D and 2015 batch can write only the first year assignments and not the second year assignments (12 Assignments).

3. Students of 2014D and previous batches can write the second year
assignments (5.1 to 5.4 and 1 specialisation, eg. if you have chosen 4A

balance papers left will have to write only those assignments for which they
had not appeared in the exams previously.
5 A-4 size sheets can be used by the students to write their
