Please note that use of ICT isnt on the mark scheme for research and planning but, level of care in presentation
is.
If ICT has been used in a thoughtful way to present and communicate ideas is needs to be rewarded but if a blog
is nicely presented and communicates well it cant be penalised for less use of ICT.
