IN CASE OF FAILURE

In most cases, technical problems can be solved by

means of small interventions; we therefore suggest to
read this manual carefully before contacting the manufacturer.
In case of anomalies or malfunctioning which cannot be
solved, please contact:

INTRODUCTION
The technical documentation forms an integral part
of the equipment and must therefore accompany
any movement or transfer of ownership in order to
allow further consultations by the operators.
Before installing and using the equipment you need to
scrupulously read and understand the contents of the
documentation, as it provides important information
related to installation safety, to the utilisation standards
and to the maintenance operations.
The manual is divided into three chapters.
The first chapter describes the loading and ordinary
cleaning operations to be performed in the areas of the
machine which can be accessed through just the use
of the door opening key, without the need of using other
tools.
The second chapter contains the instructions related
to a correct installation and the information required to
make the best use of the machine.
The third chapter describes the maintenance operations which require the use of tools for accessing potentially dangerous areas.
The operations described in the second and third
chapter shall be carried out only by personnel with
specific knowledge of the operation of the machine
both from the point of view of electrical safety and
of hygiene.

In order to avoid causing damage to the machine, the

loading and unloading manoeuvres must be performed
with particular care.
It is possible to lift the machine with a motorised or manual
forklift, by positioning the fork underneath the machine
and on the side which is clearly indicated by the sign on the
cardboard packaging.
Instead, the following should be avoided:
--Overturn the machine

--drag the machine with ropes or similar;

--lift the machine with lateral grips;

--lift the machine with straps or ropes

--shake the machine

The storage environment needs to be dry and of a temperature between 0 and 40 C.
We recommend not to overlay the machines and keep
them upright, as shown by the arrows on the packaging.

MACHINE IDENTIFICATION
AND CHARACTERISTICS

Each machine is identified by means of a specific serial

number which can be read from the plate placed inside
the machine on the right side.
The plate is the only one to be recognised by the manufacturer as identification for the machine and it sets out all the
data which enables the manufacturer to provide, promptly
and safely, technical information of any kind and facilitate
the management of spare parts.

before activating the machine.
--Disks number check

Press and hold the rotation button

to rotate the disks
programmed for free selection.
Release the button
to interrupt the rotation and bring
the desired product in sale position (right of the collection compartment).
First in/First out disks or empty disks do not rotate.
Each single disk has its selection button;
if there is enough credit, when the button corresponding to
the chosen disk is pressed, the door opens automatically to
allow collecting the product.
The control system detects the higher power consumption
of the motor and it stops it for a programmable time (10
seconds by default).
Then the motor starts closing the door again
When the door is closing it is possible to open it again by
pressing a selection button:
Each disk is controlled by a device that enables or disables
their rotation through an electromagnet as well as counting in which sectors the product was already sold to detect
empty disks.
The count is performed by means of a lever actuated by the
spacers.
A sensor detects the passing of a magnet, fitted in the rim
of each disk, that identifies the source point.

--Disks sectors check and count

The display shows the checks that are being performed and
the software version of the machine and the activations

PRODUCTS DISKS ASSEMBLY AND

DISASSEMBLY.

Chapter 3

MAINTENANCE

After opening the two quick connector, it is possible to

remove the two half disks.
- Disks must be rotated using loading buttons, until separation line and closure hub are visible
- Insert the dedicated key on the closure hub and open
quick connector with a slight left rotation (clockwise)

The installation and the subsequent maintenance

operations shall be carried out with the machine connected to the power supply and therefore by specialised
personnel, trained for the use of the machine, who has
been informed of the specific risks deriving from such a
situation.
To supply power to the entire machine with the open door,
it's enough to insert the appropriate key in the general
switch.
Supplying power to the machine when the window
is open activates the lighting.

- Keep rotating the disk for 180 and open next closure hub
- Keep rotating for other 90

- Extract first disk half where the jog wheel is fitted

- Keep rotating for other 180 and extract the second half of
the disks where the jog wheel is fitted

Do not stare directly into light sources

- Put everything back together, following the inverted

procedure.
Only disks with identical section division (see fig. 15) can be
grouped.

Inside the machine, only those parts which are

protected by covers and which are highlighted with
a label "disconnect voltage before removing the
cover" remain live.
Before removing these covers, it's necessary to
unplug the machine from the net.

The integrity of the machine and compliance of the

corresponding systems with the regulations shall
be verified, at least once a year, by qualified personnel.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

1
2

The machine always has to be kept clean, inside and

outside.
Cleaning can be done with commercial products as long as
they're not too aggressive.
When cleaning half disks in a dishwasher, water temperature must remain lower than 60C.
Cleaning products can leave unpleasant odours
inside the machine if not properly removed.
To grant a perfect pick up doors operation, doors must
be kept clean.
Do not grease or oil in ANY case!
IMPORTANT
You must avoid contact between the disks and oil/
grease!
Condenser must be kept clean using a vacuum cleaner,

CHANGES IN A DISK SLOT

Shaped spacers
Disks with shaped spacers are equipped in some models (also available as accessories for further changes) so
they can hold rectangular shaped products (see fig.15).
In this case, it is not possible to change slot numbers

Every disk can be divided in 6, 12, 18, 24 or 36 slots,

depending on the number of used spacers.

Products holders
With some models 24 holders are provided together
with the machine, they can also be purchased sperately,
these holders allow to keep the product slanted to facilitate label legibility and collection.

A new division of the selection can be created by putting

new separators in the respective eyelets.
Be careful to connect spacers flaps correctly.
Each disk can be only divided in slots of same
dimension!

ELECTRIC PANEL

To apply upholders, operate as follows:

- unlock the selected disk from the column, dividing the
two half disks

The electrical panel is mounted in the lower part of the

machine; the general switch can be accessed directly,
while to access the connectors on the fornt part of the
electrical panel the metal protection must be removed.
Remove the electrical panel to access the realy, the payment systems' transformer and the power supply boards.
If you need to replace fuses, it is mandatory to unplug the power cord from the power rupply socket.

- completely remove the tie bars and lift the upper plate,
applying pressure to the hooks;

- check the width of the holder according to the chosen

sector and depth; if required cut the holder at the desired
length, by pushing along the grooves
- put the holder on the bottom of the plate and push it
towards the spacer until the fixing hoox "snaps".

- Adjust the position sliding the upholder on the spacer

- repeat operations on other spacers

External spacer is not equipped with a product holder On
last spacer (A),
on two non-alligned spacers (B).
Put everything back together, following the inverted order.
