THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon Order to Show Cause by Plaintiff
Aqua Master Enterprise Inc. d/b/a Aqua Master Watch for entry of a default judgment on its
claims against the Defendants Kisean Anderson a/k/a Sean Kingston, Time Is Money
Entertainment LLC, Mama Kingston=s Kitchen Inc., Janice Turner and John Doe, pursuant to Fed.
R. Civ. P 55(b)(2), and the plaintiff having obtained personal jurisdiction over the defendants, and
proof of service having been filed with the Court, and defendants not having answered or moved
with respect to the Complaint, and the Court having considered the moving papers and there being
no opposition thereto, it is hereby
ORDERED, that Plaintiff's Order to Show Cause for entry of a default judgment is
GRANTED, and it is hereby
ORDERED that Plaintiff, Aqua Master Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Aqua Master Watch, having
its principal place of business at 24 West 47th Street, Suite 205, New York, NY 10036, have
judgment against Defendant, Kisean Anderson a/k/a Sean Kingston, residing at 2411 N.W. 138th

Drive, Sunrise, Florida 33323, on Count One of the Complaint only in the amount of $301,500
plus interest thereon at the judgment rate of nine (9%) percent per annum from July 25, 2016 in
the amount of $12,638.22, making a total of $314,138.22. It is further
ORDERED that Plaintiff Aqua Master Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Aqua Master Watch, having
its principal place of business at 24 West 47th Street, Suite 205, New York, NY 10036, have
judgment against Defendant Time Is Money Entertainment LLC, having its principal place of
business at 7119 West Sunset Blvd., No. 588, Los Angeles, CA 90024, on Count Three of the
Complaint only in the amount of $270,000, with interest thereon at the judgment rate of nine (9%)
percent per annum from July 25, 2016 in the amount of $11,317.81, making a total of
$281,317.81. It is further
ORDERED that Plaintiff Aqua Master Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Aqua Master Watch, having
its principal place of business at 24 West 47th Street, Suite 205, New York, NY 10036, have
judgment against Defendant Mama Kingston's Kitchen, Inc., having its principal place of business
at 7119 West Sunset Blvd., No. 588, Los Angeles, CA 90024, on Count Four of the Complaint
only in the amount of $31,500 with interest thereon at the judgment rate of nine (9%) percent per
annum from July 25, 2016 in the amount of $1,320.41, making a total of $32,820.41. It is further
ORDERED that Plaintiff's application for a default judgment against Defendant Janice
Turner is GRANTED on Counts Two, Five and Six of the Complaint only to the extent of holding
Defendant Turner in default of appearing and answering. A separate order referring this matter to
Magistrate Judge Henry B. Pitman for an inquest on damages with respect to Defendant Turner
will be issued. It is further
ORDERED that in no event shall Plaintiffs total recovery from Defendants exceed

Plaintiffs actual damages, which amount to $301,500 plus interest thereon at the judgment rate of
nine (9%) percent per annum from July 25, 2016 in the amount of $12,638.22, making a total of
$314,138.22.
