What is Functional Fluency? Functional Fluency is the art and skill of interpersonal effectiveness. It is the use of those positive and
flexible ways of responding to each other that help us to communicate well. It is about how to respond more and react less. It is about
increasing our response-ability.

What is the Temple Index of Functional Fluency? TIFF is a well researched personal development tool based on the Functional
Fluency model. It is a self-report questionnaire that provides a profile of a persons patterns of social behaviour. Using TIFF promotes
self-awareness and understanding that enhances emotional literacy. Expert feedback offers support, discussion and guidance for how to
make use of the TIFF Profile. Feedback is collaborative with a focus on what people already do well. It is designed to boost morale and the
courage to make the changes chosen for developing effectiveness. (NB: TIFF does not measure abilities or type people in any way).
What is special about TIFF as a personal development tool? TIFF offers profiles for understanding present patterns of behaviour
and a framework for making the chosen changes for increasing effectiveness, thus saving energy and reducing stress.

The TIFF Provider training process is designed to enable participants
to meet the TIFF licencing criteria so that they can deliver TIFF
effectively in their respective professional contexts.
The training is friendly & interactive, consisting of workshops,
seminars, discussions, practice, supervision and tutorials, flexibly
designed to meet the groups needs. The training itself provides

support.

The group workshops will be held in Mumbai, India.

FACILITATORS
Lieuwe Koopmans is a Dutch trainer,
coach and consultant. Hes an
internationally recognized trainer and
supervisor in Transactional Analysis in the
field
of
Organizations
(PTSTAO).
Trainer/supervisor and owner at TA-gilde
training institute in Transactional Analysis.

Dr. Mahesh Deshmukh, PhD.

Mahesh has over 24 years of experience
encompassing behavioral skills training,
competency based HR processes AC/DCs,
psychometric assessments, leadership
development, C-Level coaching and OD
facilitation.

He supervises and traines on leadership development at Nyenrode

Business University and Amsterdam University. He has been a
consultant and trainer/coach in retail, facility management, water
management, banking and health care. He is an International Trainer
in TA and Functional Fluency in England, South Africa and Belgium.
Lieuwe is writer of several articles and books on Transactional
Analysis. One of these books is translated in English (This is who I am
becoming who you are with Transactional Analysis).

Mahesh has the distinction of being cited in the Marquis Whos Who
in the World 23rd edition (2006) for his achievements in the area of
applied psychology. Mahesh has worked with Siemens, SHL and ECS
Ltd. Mahesh has more than 3000+ hours of executive/leadership
coaching experience. He is a PCC credentialed coach through ICF, a
certified mentor coach and coach supervisor. He is a certified
HeartMath Trainer & Coach, Certified Enneagram professional and
licensed TIFF Provider
