Objective:

EXPERIENCE:
My job as a Chemical Operations Specialist is to prepare emergency plans and procedures for all types of
disasters, including floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, biological warfare, and enemy attacks.
Responsibilities Include:
-Assisting in the establishment and application of Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical defense measures
-Providing training advice and supervision regarding the proper use and maintenance procedures for
chemical equipment and chemical operations.
-Operating and performing operator maintenance on smoke generating equipment, Nuclear, Biological and
Chemical identification/detection and decontamination equipment
-Assisting in preparing and maintaining disaster operations plans
I work for the Disability Resource Center at Laredo Community College where I perform basic office work
which includes Customer Service, Typing, Filing, Faxing, Copying, Assistance in completing an application,
Data Entry, creating new files, etc. I also help student in the classroom, where I perform duties as a Tutor,
Note Taker, Scribe, and Reader for students that have a learning or physical disability.
Responsibilities: To run and manage Circuit City Road shop Department, which include Installations and
sales of Alarms, Stereos, Amplifiers, and all mobile car audio and electronics, while training each employee
and overlooking each installation and sale done until each training was done. Evaluated each employee on
performance and delegated jobs to be done throughout each day until all became routine.
I was also one of the sales managers of the store. I not only overlooked my sole department, but the entire
store and departments as well. I also did the opening and closing duties which included overlooking the
counting of register, deposits, and inventory.
To cut all types of stainless steel sheeting, pipe, rings, and other
types of metals while also testing their contents. Also, performed
forklift operations.
To install car stereos, Spk, Amps, Alarms, remote starts, etc. Also,
assisted customer with choosing what they want and were looking for to
comply with their needs. I also assisted in all new employee trainings.
I am currently in the Title V Group which is a 4 year program to help in Hispanic’s in achieving a Bachelors
in Education. I hold a 3.0 GPA. I am also the Vice-President of the (FTA) Future Teachers Association and
the Vice-President of the Palomino Express Newspaper. I have also sat on the Board of Directors as the
Student Representative. I have just finished my First Semester. I am Also The current PTC President of
Leon Daiches Elementary. ( 2nd Term)
