TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Payment to be made within 15 days from the date of submission of bills.

Proof of delivery will be provided as and when required by you. No payment will be
deducted for non-submission of POD. Computerized tracking or Xerox copy of Delivery
run sheet proof will be given. After 3 Months We Will Not Responsible For POD.

For Non document shipments, relevant paper work as required by the various states
/countries will have to be provided by the consignor/consignee.
Octroi /sales tax/VAT duty /penalty charges, if any will have to be borne by the
consignor or consignee.
For credit account minimum business commitment Rs. 1000/- Compulsory.

All Cheque should be made in the Name of SM Worldwide Express

For consignments that are voluminous in nature, billing will be on volumetric basis as
under. The higher weight will be charged.

Our liability , in case lost / damage consignments is limited to a maximum of

Rs 500 in case of domestic shipment and RS 1000/- for an International shipment
