INTRODUCTION

This study is conducted to the main office of the NGPI ARB MultiPurpose Cooperative loan system in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. Through
computer and the existence of automated computer system, it has certain task
that become more manageable in many cases, computer automated systems
taken the places of the manual process of the hand-on-hand works of human
being. Due to some problems, this study focuses on how to make easier, and
more secure automated computer system and with the usage of computer,
extent or conditions contains the technology and, process the indicate views of
usefulness of the computer system in this new generation.
The NGPI ARB MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE LOAN SYSTEM is a
system that is more to provide updates, easy to monitor, and more secure of
keeping the important records of the loan release of the office property.
However, we are living in todays generation where technological
knowledge exist, facing different aspect of civilization of conserving in the
development of automated systems that enable to have an easy and secured
way in making things work together and faster.
To improve the ability of the office, establishments or companies etc. And
to achieve its objective that are efficiency measured by productivity of doing
things like automated system to the better way it could use.

Objective of the Study

In this way, this study aims to provide updates, easy to monitor, and
more secure of keeping the important records of the loan release to the people.
Specifically it aims:
1. The process of updating and keeping the records are laboriously timeconsuming;
2. The personnel could not easily monitor the loan releases and records of
barrowers due to organized filling system; and
3. Redundancy and unsecured data of the barrower.
Statement of the Problem

Finding data or information such as researches are manually operated.

Specifically:
1.

reduce time in updating and keeping of records and speed up

transaction;
2. To easily monitor the loan releases and records of borrowers; and

3. To avoid redundancy and provide data security.

Significance of the Study

The study will significantly reduce the workload of NGP ARB loan officer
as well as the cashier. It will also make the process easier and faster for they
can extend better services without wasting much time and effort.

Implementing such system would give security to both loaners and loan
in-charge in the processing aspect.

Scope and Delimitation of the Study

This study focuses only on the improvement of NGPI ARB Multi-purpose
cooperative system in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. The system covers
functions such as storing pertinent information of customers, displaying the
list of loaners on due, automatic processing of monthly loan releases and
generates reports in amortization schedule, computation of loaners account
loan releases.
The study did include accounting and generating official receipts.
Time and Place of the Study
The study was conducted in NGPI ARB Multi-purpose Cooperative of San
Francisco of Agusan del Sur. From October 2016 to March 2017.

Operational Definition of Terms

Loan refers to the money lent in interest. Is a type of debt.
Loan officer is the person that evaluates the application from loaners, official
receipts and checks requirement.

Methodology
The researchers approached Dr. Carmelo S. LLanto Ph.D. the college
Research and Extension Director and gathered data used in the study and
design of the proposed system. The process of data collection involved
identifying what activities should be considered for the development of the

system. During the fact- finding process, the researchers used the techniques
to study the existing situations.
In obtaining the documents and information needed, the researchers
have the permission first to conduct the study. The researchers conduct a
personal interview to the research file personnel.
The team came up with the system design. The contents of the effective
system design and possible solutions showed answers to the problem
identified. Finalization and additional documentation followed.
