Egan Food Technologies offers rugged rotary molders for continuous process lines in the
baking and pet food industries.
Our standard offerings include the popular machine widths of 32-60, supporting multiple

RECIRCULATING HEAT OVENS


Recirculating Heat Ovens are the most commonly used ovens in North America
today for making wirecut and rotary-molded cookies. Utilizing the convection
and radiation processes inherent in this type of technology, there is simply no

Our design gives manufacturers more precise heat transfer, uniform baking and
modular construction for faster installation.

(e.g., setting bake times and damper settings) is another feature we
offer our customers to minimize downtime during product changeovers

units software enables us to capture time and temperature
information at the source (post-extrusion, oven discharge, prepackaging, etc.) in your plant. Thermocouples are used to collect
temperature readings from multiple locations and generate key
data information. The complete cooling analysis is then expressed
both numerically and graphically.
With this test unit, were taking the uncertainty out of determining
how much cooling is necessary for the range of products you make
in your facility.

COOLING FANS & EXHAUST HOODS


Egan Food Technologies cooling fans are most often placed above
or below the discharge frame of a band oven. Our fans rapidly
cool cookie, cracker, and snack products and can reduce product
adherence problems at the take-off knife. Designed as an economical
alternative to consider when immediate product cooling is critical at

Each dough handling application is unique. Cookie dough, for example, can be soft and
chewy (wirecut) or dry and stiff (rotary). Health or nutrition bar dough is often dense or
