Notre systme de panneaux d'aluminium pour revtement de mur extrieur
ajoute une ligne moderne tout difice et permet une grande flexibilit de
conception par son mariage avec le mur-rideau srie 3400.

Our aluminum panel system for exterior wall covering adds a modern look
to any building and allows a great flexibility in design when used with our
curtain wall series 3400.

Caractristiques
Les panneaux d'aluminium de 3.2 mm d'paisseur peuvent tre installs ou
remplacs individuellement sans retirer les panneaux adjacents. Ils sont
munis de raidisseurs priphriques et sont suspendus par le haut par un
systme de crochet qui assure leur alignement et qui permet d'viter leur
distorsion. Des bandes de retenue servant maintenir les panneaux en
place viennent se fixer la structure d'aluminium par des vis auto-foreuses
et auto-taraudeuses dont la tte, recouverte de nylon, est apparente. Les
bandes de retenue, la structure et le systme de crochet sont munis de
garnitures en PVC afin d'assurer aux panneaux la libert de mouvement d
la dilatation et la contraction sans bruit de frottement. Ce systme doit
tre install sur un mur ou une surface tanche.

Features
The 3.2 mm thick aluminum panels can be installed or replaced individually
without removing adjacent panels. They have perimeter stiffeners and are
suspended from the top by means of a special hook system which ensures
their flatness and alignment. Retaining straps secure the panels in place
and are fixed to the aluminum structure by means of self-drilling and selftapping screws with visible nylon head. The retaining straps, the structure
and the hook system have PVC inserts to allow noiseless movements due
to expansion and contraction. This system must be installed on a wall with
watertight surface.

Matriaux
Profils d'aluminium de l'alliage 6063-T5. Garnitures en chlorure de
polyvinyle. Panneaux d'aluminium de l'alliage 5005.

Materials
Aluminum extrusions of 6063-T5 alloy and temper. Polyvinyl chloride
inserts. Aluminum panels of 5005 alloy.

Fabrication
Les composantes structurales verticales sont continues et ancres au mur.
Les traverses horizontales sont fixes celles-ci sans ncessit d'attaches.

Fabrication
The vertical structural members are continuous and anchored to the wall.
The horizontal members are fastened to the vertical members without
brackets.
