The Greene County Foundation,
started in 1997, has had a charitable
impact on every school, library and
community in Greene County. As a
result of donors generosity to perpetual endowments, the Greene County
Foundation awards over $250,000
in grants each year. The Foundation
holds over $7 million in assets and is
charted to: build endowments, award
grants and provide leadership on
critical community issues.

Other rewards would include less
strict requirements, such as less
frequent visits to the judge and
team, according to Noel.
The current system includes circuit court, superior court and magistrate court.

abuse, were trying to address the
needs of Greene County and reduce
the case filings, Martin said.

Linton-Stockton Schools has a similar plan in place. He referred to the
program as a great thing.
He said his fellow teachers were
able to accrue a significant number
of sick days. When a need arose,
an employee would make a request,
which was then reviewed.
The committee will be working to
