I, Michaelo L. Florentino, Filipino, of legal age,
single, and a resident of #45 First Crumb, Digos City, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and states that:
1. This Judicial Affidavit is executed to serve as my direct
testimony in the instant case;
2. This Judicial Affidavit is offered to prove:
(A) All the ANNEXES appended hereto, which are
respectfully requested to be correspondingly marked
as EXHIBITS in this case; and
(B) All matters related thereto, with reservation to
present additional exhibits in the course of the
proceedings of the instant case.
3. I had given my answers on the questions below asked
in the language which I fully understand, stated with
full consciousness and I did so under oath, and that, I
may face criminal liability for any false testimony or
perjury;

January 5, 2015?
I was doing my morning shift as a traffic aide Atty.
What is your exact location at around 11:0011:30AM of that day?
I was in Lapu-Lapu Crossing.
Is there any unusual event that happened at that
time?
Yes Maam.
What was it?
A taxi driver parked by near EMCOR Digos.
What happened thereafter?
The taxi driver disembarked from the taxicab and
proceeded to my location.

A12 He informed me that his male passenger is strangling
his female companion.

He further added that his passenger, who were with
him since the early morning of that day refused to get
off his vehicle and that they havent paid.

I suggested that it is better for him to bring his
passengers to the police station.

I moved towards the vehicle and peeped thru the
window.

I saw Pabalan and Abil at the passengers seat of the
taxi.

I saw Pabalans left arm wrapped around the Abils
shoulders.

taxis window, you saw the Pabalans left arm

What happened next?

Abil told me that Pabalan was armed with a gun and
that the latter was hurting her.

What was your reaction when Abil told you that?

I never got the chance to react to her complaint
because to our surprise, Pabalan pulled out his gun.

What happened after?

The taxi driver and I immediately ran and took cover.

What transpired next?

When I look back at the taxis location, I saw Pabalan
transferred to the drivers seat and drove the cab
away.

While the taxi went off, what happened next?

After a few seconds or so, I saw Abil opened the left
back door and jumped out.

What happened next?

I saw that her blouse got caught by the back door.

When Abils blouse was caught by the door, what

happened to the victim Mr. Witness?

She was dragged by the car Maam.

While the victim was being dragged by the

taxicab, what transpired next?
Pabalan halted the car and I saw Abil fell to the
ground.

What happened after that?

As Abil tried to get up, Pabalan aimed his gun at the
back of Abil.

After Pabalan pointed the gun towards the back

of Abil, what did he do next?
Pabalan fired at Abil twice.
