So as novas condutas em tecido, com seco circular ou semi-circular.

Utilizam o sistema de distribuio e difuso de ar climatizado denominado de alta induo.
A alta induo criada pela passagem do ar atravs de furos de pequena e mdia dimenso, que so
feitos ao longo de toda a conduta, de forma a misturar de forma optimizada o ar insuflado com o ar
presente na sala, alcanando desta forma um elevado conforto ambiental.

They are new textile ducts, with circular or semicircular section.

They exploit the specific air-conditioned distribution and diffusion system called high induction.
The High induction is created by the air flow passing through small and average size holes, which are
made along the whole duct, in order to mix optimally the primary air with the one present in the room,
reaching in this way an high comfort in the room.

PRINCPIO DE FUNCIONAMENTO
O sistema de difuso especfico Induo TEX JET, explora a possibilidade de distribuio do ar tratado, garantindo com sucesso uma
elevadssima superfcie de contacto e de mistura com o ar da sala, que estimulado pela frico, como consequncia de depresses e
turbilhes que so postos em movimento pela prpria mistura do ar.
Este fenmeno consequncia do Princpio da conservao da energia: QIN x x VIN= COST = K.
Graas a um impulso inicial especfico, este efeito de induo permite estimular uma massa de ar maior que aquela que insuflada para
dentro da sala, alcanando valores at 50 vezes maiores que o caudal primrio insuflado para a sala, tendo em conta o dimetro e a
geometria dos furos e da presso esttica.
Vantagens comparativas com os sistemas tradicionais de distribuio de ar:
1. Homogeneidade das caractersticas termodinmicas e do fluxo de ar, na distribuio do ar na sala.
2. Grau elevado de mistura do ar, o que permite eliminar o fenmeno de estratificao do ar quente (cor vermelha na figura).
3. Dimensionamento exacto da furao, atravs de um software de clculo desenvolvido e optimizado pela Klimagiel.
4. Eficincia mxima garantida, respeitando as necessidades especficas de cada projecto.
5. Valorizao do fenmeno das perdas trmicas do ar na conduta.
6. O sistema TEX JET Induo explora por outro lado os fenmenos de induo, que acontecem a toda a volta da conduta, de forma a limitar
altamente o fenmeno de condensao na superfcie externa da conduta.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The specific Induction TEX JET diffusion system exploit the possibility to distribute the treated air, succeeding to guarantee an high
exchange and mixing surface with the room-air, which is livened up by friction and by consequence of depressions and whirls that are put
in motion by air mixing itself. This phenomenon is due to the preservation of motion quantity principle: QIN x x VIN= COST = K.
Thanks to a specific initial impulse, this inductive effect allows to liven up an air amount greater than the one put into the room, reaching values even 50 times the primary air flow-rate put into the room, according to the diameter and the geometry of the holes and
to the static pressure.
Advantages compared with the traditional air distribution systems:
1. Homogeneity in fluid and thermodynamics characteristic of room-air distribution.
2. High air mixing degree, which allows to eliminate the hot air stratification phenomenon (coloured in red in the picture).
3. Optimal hole measuring calculation by means of a calculation
software developed and tuned by KLIMAGIEL.
4. Maximum efficiency guaranteed respecting specific needs of every
single Customer.
5. Analysis of thermal load declines of the air in the duct.
6. Induction TEX JET system exploits moreover inductive phenomena, which arise all around the duct, in order to limit greatly
condensation phenomenon on the external surface.

ONFORTO.

A Metec, em conjunto com a Klimagiel, dispe de programa CFD

(Dinmica Computacional de Fluidos), que permite simular de forma
precisa o caudal de ar atravs do processamento dos parmetros termodinmicos e geomtricos do sistema, indicados pelo cliente. Desta forma possvel
avaliar de forma real as temperaturas e velocidades do ar em todos os pontos
da sala, mesmo em fase de projecto. A figura mostra que toda a massa de ar
presente na sala est em movimento com uma velocidade inferior a 0,15 m/s a
1,5 m de distncia do cho.

KLIMAGIEL has implemented a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) program,

which allows to simulate precisely the air flow through the processing of the thermodynamic and geometrical parameters of the system given by the Customer. In
this way it is possible to evaluate realistically the temperatures and air velocities
in every point of the room even on the planning stage.
The picture shows as the entire air mass present in the room is livened up with
a speed lower than 0,15 m/sec at 1,5 m from the floor.

SEM CONDENSAO
O controlo micromtrico da velocidade de sada do ar (efeito de alta induo),em toda a superfcie da conduta,
previne a estagnao de humidade e consequente desenvolvimento de condensao.
NO CONDENSATION
The micrometric control of the output air flow velocity (high induction effect), all around the duct surface, prevents the moisture stagnation and the resulting condensation development.
