Student Instructions: The Office of Guidance Services envisions developing and providing programs
that meet your needs and determine how well you believe the school counselors are meeting your
needs. Please be totally honest in your responses and help us identify which needs/concerns/problems
you are experiencing or have experienced should be given priority in the design of the Comprehensive
Guidance Program. The answer and information you will be sharing through this survey will be
