importance of keeping records.
ANSWER:
Training records are the permanent written informations gathered or
stored during achievements of competency, performance or
assessments. The following are types of training records; Log book,
this is a learners diary. In training, these forms are used to record in
systematic way about progress achievement and competencies. These
are printed documents normally with spaces in which to insert the facts
and answers. Achievement records, achievement record complies
successful completion measure against some kind of criteria and
accomplished often by hard work and considerable effort. It is used to
express concisely the evidence collected against form of written
statement that is used as an aid to assessment. It usually contains
details of skills demonstrated during activity or while performing work,
skills while producing a product, the content and circumstance relevant
than demonstration of competence and also contains the categories
and amount of evidence produced in support of claims for
accreditation. Competence profile, this is a way of reporting trainee
achievement and not assessment techniques. It can be used both in
formative and summative process. It consider the way in which report
is made about what trainee has complete in a certain module and how
it used in the accreditation process
Keeping records is very important for the following reasons;
