read this manual carefully and use the machine properly.

Please make sure of the power connection before turning the machine on.
Please do not install the equipment near a heater or power equipment. The installation site should be well
ventilated.
Please prevent overload in the power cord or extension cable as overload can cause a fire.
Please use the equipment in a workable temperature, humidity, and power range.
Please do not put the equipment on an unstable surface, tri-pod, shelf, or table.
Please do not attach any objects that are not recommended.
Installation and construction must be done by a professional technician (or equivalent trained person) following
safety regulations.

CAUTION
It can cause serious hearing damage if the person Stands within 10m in front of the speaker during operation.
Hearing damage can occur during operation if sound source of over 120dB is used for operation..
Operator should wear earplugs during manual operation.
Earplugs are effective for sound attenuation at an average of 20dB-25dB.

A directional sound wave transmitter is the broadcasting equipment for long distances of more than1kmand the maximum
output is Max. 154dBA at 1min front of the equipment.(dBA means A-weighted decibels).

Compress driver is a converter and a kind of loud speaker that converts electrical signals to sound.

The system is constructed with radar, camera, data analysis software, directional acoustic hailing device and controller for effective
detection and defense against dangerous vessel on the sea. Each piece of equipment provides individual functions as follows:
Radar: Detection of the object on the sea
Camera: Video recording or watching the detected object by radar
Data analysis software: Analyzes movement of the object to compare with dangerous vessel movement patterns and identifies
the object as to whether it is danger or not.
Directional acoustic hailing device: Gives a warning broadcast if the detected object is identified as a dangerous vessel. And, it
provides a sound wave attack when dangerous vessel closely approaches the vessel.
Controller: Provides remote control function for the entire system.

2. Installation Manual
2-1 Install
2-1-1 JDS-S4R
Move the equipment to the installation site and remove the packaging and
plastic covers.
Check the mounting base for the installation site, power and communication
cable connection.
(Use repeater if communication cable length is over 100m.)
Align the crane hooks to eye bolts that are placed on both sides of the
JDS-S4R and lift the equipment.
Adjust mounting base hole with mounting hole of the JDS-S4R.
Fix the 10 mounting holes with bolt M10.
Connect the power cable and communication cables.
Please refer to 3-4-2-4 Cable connection.
CAUTION
The workers should observe all safety regulations and wear safety equipment during installation
Please make sure of the connection between the eye bolts and hooks and belt(chain) for crane operation
The equipments weight is around 150kg, so please do not approach the crane working area while crane is
rotating or moving.
CAUTION
Power should be OFF before connecting the cables to the equipment.

2-1-2 Display monitor

Place the monitor on the console desk.
Fix the monitor using the bracket inside of the console desk.
(Align the bracket with the 8 grooves on the monitor and tighten using M4 bolts.)

Fix the four corners with M5 rack mounting bolts.

2-2. System setup

2-2-1 Network address setup for the devices
2-2-1-1 Video Encoder setup
Refer to the AXIS IP Utility Application provided by AXIS for video encoder setup.
Activate the application and then the application will automatically search the encoder, which is connected to internal network.
Select the encoder on the search list and double click to connect and change the video encoder setup.
Press Setup if screen displays Live view for selected encoder.
If system requires an ID and Password to be input, enter the default ID and Password to go to the next step.
(Default ID: root, Password: jdsol)
On the setup display, select Basic Setup -> TCP/IP and set the values for IP address, Subnet mask, and Default
router depending on installation environment.

Use ezManager.exe application that is provided by SOLLAE SYSTEM to change or set the values for Serial to Ethernet converter.
User will see the screen display as in the above picture, then click the Search All button in the red box to search the
convertor that is connected to the internal network.
On the searched list, please select the converter and double click to change the set up.
Select the Network tab and set the values for IP address, Subnet mask, and Default router.
2-2-2 Control application option setup

After completion of the Network address set up, control application option setup requires accessing to each device from the
Control Application. Also, the elements for operation environment and purpose should be setup to control JDS-S4R. There is an
Option menu with classified items and its setup/management functions. To use the Setting menu, activate the Control
Application and click Setting button.

Location of Installation for Tilt ->Height of Installation: Enter the height of equipment(JDS-S4R) installation site from the
surface of the sea for automatic tilt angle movement calculation by approaching distance to own ship in case of object
tracking. (Refer to the picture on next page.)
Resolution ->value: Enter the Resolution for Pan/Tilt device
Angle, velocity and resolution are the specifications for Pan/Tilt and there is no need to change each value. (Even if the
values change, operation does not change.)

2-2-3 Communication status check

If the entire network setup is completed between devices and Control Application, user can check the status of the
devices with the control application

2-2-3-1 Video encoder connection check

Video encoder converts the analog video signal of the CCD Camera to a digital signal for image display on the screen.
Therefore, it is not possible to have an image without the video encoder.
If there are no images on the Control Application for CCD cameras that are installed at PORT and STBD, please check the
devices and their cables.
Video encoder booting time takes one to two minutes. Restart the software if no image appears on the monitor after two
minutes.

It is possible to check the status of each device with the text color on the Control Application (Red: disconnected, Green:
connected)

2-2-4 Basic operation status check

Conduct a test for basic operation to check if the Control Application and the connected devices work properly
2-2-4-1 Pan/Tilt movement check

Check the movement status of Pan/Tilt on PORT/STBD under manual operation with joystick control mode.
If the direction display arc doesnt move by joystick control, check the control panel and the connected cables.
If Pan/Tilt doesnt work properly even though the direction display arc moves as controlled by the Joystick, check the status of
the converter, connected cables, and network address. Then, if no problem is found with the system and devices, check the
Pan/Tilt device and connected cables.
2-2-4-2 CCD camera operation check

Under manual operation mode, press the camera Zoom/Focus key to check CCD camera operation for PORT/STBD.
If camera has any problem in operation, check the camera, converter, and connected cables and try recording and video play.
Under manual operation mode, press the REC key on the Control panel and check if the Recording.message appears on
the Screen ; press the REC key again to stop the recording.
Check if the video recorded and saved according to the correct storage route.
2-2-4-3 Sound play check

Under manual operation mode, set the volume at the minimum level with the volume key on the Control Panel.
Press the play button to play the preset sound source for the function keys (F1-F8) on the Control Panel.
Adjust the volume with the Volume key and check if it works properly.
If it is not able to play the sound source or adjust the volume, check the video encoder (sound source data delivered through
video encoder), amplifier, and cable connection.

3. INSTRUCTION MANUAL
3-1. Control panel
Control panel
Power
[POWER] : Control PC power On/Off
Sound Function
A sound source could be set-up beforehand depending on the situation and languages, and it can be changed as necessary
[SOUND1] : Button for setting up sound source as No.1
Conversion of operating mode (Automatic/Manual)

Operation mode has two options. Automatic mode provides fully automated system activation for target analysis, autotargeting and tracking, warning sound broadcasting, and sound wave attack broadcasting. Or, the operator can manually

control all the devices (Joystick, Button, Track-ball Mouse).
The options are switched by Selector Switch. All the control devices (Pan/Tilt, Camera, Laser Diode, Speaker Volume, and
other devices that the operator can control) can be controlled manually under manual mode. Limited functions such as
camera, Laser Diode, and sound source can be controlled under automatic mode.
[AUTO] : Button for automatic type

[MANUAL] : Button for manual type
Conversion of PORT/STBD
As JDS-S4Rs are installed on PORT and STBD, operator can select the device by Selector Switch for operation.
[PORT] : Button for JDS-S4R towards the PORT

Conversion of MIC/Sound Play

Broadcasting by MIC and playing sound source are switched by Selector Switch. If operator pushes the SYSTEM [Broadcast]
button, broadcasting will be started, and by pushing the button again, the broadcasting will be stopped.
[MIC] : To broadcast by MIC

[SOUND PLAY] : To play sound source
SYSTEM
[System Chk] : To switch display mode on Graphic LCD. The information will display present operation mode or
connection status for each device.
[Alarm Log] : To check the log saved on the disk regarding system errors, device problems and other issues.
[Broadcast] : To play and stop the broadcasting or playing of sound source.
LASER
Button to control Laser Diode to identify the object at night
[Beam Width +] : Extension of laser width
[Beam Width -] : Reduction of laser width
[Brightness +] : Increase laser brightness
[Brightness -] : Decrease laser brightness
Direct exposure of Laser Diode to be dangerous and it must be used with caution.
* It is not able to be used with thermal camera

[BUZZER]: To give notification to the operator if any alarm occurs
[Alarm Ack]: To stop the buzzer
[Lamp Test]: To check LED conditions; if operator pushes this button, all LED on the buttons are off.

BACK LIGHT CONTROL

Brightness control for Graphic LCD and buttons
[LCD] : Button for Brightness control for Graphic LCD

Joystick
Control Pan/Tilt by moving Joystick up/down/ left/right, and control zoom in/out by turning the top of the joystick to left/right.
LCD Display
Display equipment operation status for user convenience. It shows the present operation mode such as Auto/Manual, Speaker
Volume/Mute, Recording, etc. and connection status of the devices. The Display can be switched by System Chk button. (Please

3-2-3-5 Pan/Tilt Info.

Indicate the encoder value that is converted to degree unit for Pan/Tilt device of PORT, STBD.
Indicate the degree within 180range for Pan and 90range for Tilt.
3-2-4 Controller
In case of Control Panel malfunction, the equipment can be controlled through the Control Application.
Additionally, controller section indicates existing operation status.
3-2-4-1 Warning sound

Sound source preset available up to a maximum of eight different sound sources (F1-F8)
Suitable sound source for warning broadcast can be applied with the function keys (F1-F8) immediately if sound sources have
been preset in advance.
Click a button fromF1 toF8 to modify and change the sound source
Sound Play Button: Immediate sound play for selected sound source in manual operation mode.
Broadcasting Button: Select if use of voice broadcasting with microphone is required.
CAUTION
It can cause serious hearing damage if the person stands within10m in front of the speaker during operation.
Hearing damage can occur during operation if sound source of over 120dB is used for operation.
Earplugs are effective for sound attenuation at an average of 20dB-25dB.

3-2-4-7Laser Diode control

LD On/Off
-If user wants to use LD, push the LD On/Off button to use LD while LD On state (no LD operation while at LD Off state)
LD Pan/Tilt
- Laser Diode(LD)is the assist device to secure the view for CCD camera at night, and direction point of LD and CCD
Camera should be matched during setup.
- Control used to move and match pan and tilt of such LD by CCD camera.
LD Brightness, Collimation
- Adjustment for brightness and light width of LD depends on target distance.
- Driven in connection with the zoom of the camera because of the feature of the farther away from a target, the narrower
the breadth of light should be and the more the luminance be brightened.
Align LD point with camera point to control LDs Pan/Tilt and need to focus the camera on reflected light LD laser. Manual
operation is necessary because automatic operation malfunctions due to sensitivity to surrounding dim light
CAUTION
The Laser of device is Class 4.
Be careful not to be exposed to laser.
Department Head must to covered at work would cover.
3-2-4-8 Pan/Tilt speed and control

Pan/Tilt Speed
- If zoom in function is applied to equipment in order to identify a target at a distance, Pan/Tilt will be sensitive even to
small movements, so the Pan/Tilt speed should be controlled by distance.

- Select the equipment (PORT or STBD) for control of the Pan/Tilt as Control Application is not able to control two units at

Simultaneous PORT/STBD volume control
Different levels of maximum volume are pre-defined for individual situations (Normal, warning broadcast, attack
broadcast, manual operation),and maximum volume level is not adjust able to exceed pre-defined maximum volume.
Control volume according to different situations with Sound On/Off function.
3-2-4-10 Setting
Screen display for detailed properties that are required for system operation.
Refer to Control Application Option Setup for detailed explanation.
Push the CHANGE button at the lower left side and input password (default: 000) to modify setting.
Setting modification method (by using control panel mouse)
- Numerical setting value: double click on the values title and input the value using pop-up numeric pad.
-TRUE or FALSE setting value: double click on the setting value to change the state.
- Color setting value: Click on the value and push the square button that is generated and choose the color on the pop-up
color code.
Severe system operation problem may result when setting is modified without accurate understanding of the contents. Thus,
do not change the setting unless necessary. In case of modification, understand the applicable contents accurately if setting
needs modification.

3-3. Manual Operation

3-3-1 Operating procedure
Turn on the Manual on/off switch at the bottom of Pan/Tilt
Open manual control panel on rear side of JDS-S4R
Turn on the power for amplifier, check LED and place the
volume knob at the minimum level
Turn the toggle switch to manual mode (Refer to 11-2, )
Microphone/Line-in switch check
Connect the sound source player (MP3, CD Player, Laptop, Tablet)
to stereo cable
Check the microphone with the microphone switch after
the connection
Control the output with the volume knob
Target aiming with the handles on the back of JDS-S4R
(Available rangeUp/Down180, Left/Right350)
CAUTION
It can cause serious hearing damage if the person stands within 10m

3-3-2 Manual operation control panel
Power Switch
If protection LED on amplifier indicates red LED continuously, turn the power off and turn on the amplifier after 30
seconds for normal operation.
Operation mode Switch (Remote/Manual)

Two-step toggle switch for operation mode selection. If remote mode is selected, remote control is available for audio
input and volume control.

Line-In Switch
Three-step toggle switch for the line-in. Upper is for microphone input, middle is for line-in input, and bottom is for BIT
implementing.
LED display
Power LED: When turning the power on, power LED will be on and amplifier will be defaulted.
Signal level LED: The individual LED will be indicated for output level as 70%, 90%, protection when turning on the volume.
Protection LED will be turned on and off frequently if the output is at maximum level.
(LED light flicking is normal operation status)
Protection LED: If the output exceeds amp capability, protection LED will be on and amp will reboot automatically.
Drv 1 - Drv 6 LED: LEDs indicate each driver from No.1 to No.6. All driver LEDs will flicker sequentially when BIT is
implemented. LED will indicate a green color when driver works properly, but LED will display no light in case of driver
malfunction.
Volume control
Use volume knob for manual output control. Turn the knob to the left to decrease output and to the right to increase output.
Although a protection circuit is contained inside of the equipment, place the knob at minimum output when turning on/off
the equipment for safety purposes.

4. Troubleshooting Manual
4-1 Controller
4-1-1 Malfunction in Pan/Tilt with joystick
4-1-1-1 Check the joysticks recognition status.
Refer to 3-4-5-4, 3-4-6-4, loosen the Control Controller power cable (JDS-W-OPU/PO) & USB Communication
cable (JDS-W-SST/OPU) and re-connect
If the control software is implemented as rebooting the Control PC, click the X button which is located
bottom left on the screen and close the software.
As following image, click the (1) and (2) with track-ball mouse.

Check the appeared screen whether there is HF USB -> If you couldnt find HF USB, replace the Controller
in reference to 5-4 since poor recognition of joystick.

In Game Controller screen, choose HF Joystick and click Properties
If under image is appeared on the screen, check that +mark moves up down left right side by manipulating
the joystick.

If the+ mark moves well by following joysticks movements, recognition of joystick is normal-> If it does not
move normally, that is poor condition and replace the controller by following 5-4
4-1-1-2 Check Converter status regarding to Pan/Tilt
Refer to 2-2-1-2, implement ezManager and click Search All button. Then, Check if convertor IP is
searched about Pan/Tilt (PORT : 192.168.1.154, STBD : 192.168.1.157)
If the IP is searched, Convertor state is normal -> If it is not, replace the convertor by following 5-2-3 and
setup the new convertor by following 2-2-1-2,
2-2-7
4-1-2 Malfunction in Camera Zoom with Joystick

4-1-2-1 Check the joystick recognition
Refer to 4-1-1-1, like under image put the HF Joystick properties screen and turn the joystick head
clockwise, counter clockwise. Check if Z Axis is changed. -> If it operates abnormally, replace the controller
by following 5-4.
4-1-2-2 Check Convertor status regarding Camera
Refer to 2-2-1-2, implement ezManager and click Search All button. Then, check if convertor IP is searched
about Camera (PORT : 192.168.1.153, STBD : 192.168.1.156)

If the IP is searched, Convertor status is normal. -> If it is not, replace the convertor by following 5-2-3 and

setup the new convertor by following 2-2-1-2, 2-2-7

4-1-2-3 Check the Camera status -> Refer to 4-5
4-1-3 Malfunction in controllers KEY

4-1-3-1 Check recognition status of Controller (Keyboard)
Refer to 3-4-5-4, 3-4-6-4, loosen the Control Controller power cable (JDS-W-OPU/PO) & USB Communication
cable (JDS-W-SST/OPU) and re-connect.
If the control software is implemented, by rebooting the Control PC, click the X button which is located
bottom left on the screen and close the software. As following image, click the (1), (2), (3), (4), and implement
Notepad

In case of flicking the Notepad cursor, press controllers KEY and check that under letter is appeared.

If the letter is appeared, Controller(Keyboard) recognition status is normal.-> If it is not appeared, that is
malfunction of controller, so replace the controller by following 5-4
4-1-3-2 Check the status of device related to key -> Refer to each devices table of contents (AMP : 4-3, Laser
Diode : 4-4)
4-2 Control PC & Software

4-2-1 PC Power is not turned on
4-2-1-1 Check ON/OFF status of Main circuit breaker
4-2-1-2 Check PC Power connection status -> Refer to 3-4-5-4, after loose the power cable and re-connect
4-2-2 Strange Phenomenon or invisible situation in camera of software (broken pixel)
After device power energize, it is needed about 2~3 min to check the vision. Because Video encoder needs
time to prepare in operating the server.
4-2-2-1 Check the Video encoder connection status
Refer to 2-2-1-1, check the Video encoder IP is appeared in current direction (PORT IP : 192.168.1.151, STBD
IP : 193.168.1.152) -> If the IP is not appeared, replace the Video encoder and then setup the video encoder
by following 2-2-1-1-
If PORT, STBD Video encoder IP are appeared, Video encoder is normal
4-2-2-2 Check camera connected Video encoder -> Refer to 4-5
4-3 Sound
4-3-1 Malfunction in button Broadcast (Sound source)
4-3-1-1 Check setup regarding software sound
Check SOUND ON status as part of SOUND CONTROL in bottom right of control software -> If SOUND
OFF is appeared, press that button one more.
Check the Volume if it is 0 -> By using track-ball mouse, click the volume gauge and control the volume.
4-3-1-2 Check Select switch regarding to sound source of Controller -> Check that if MIC/SOUND PLAY switch
located top of LCD is selected to SOUND PLAY
4-3-1-3 Check Video encoder connection state -> Refer to 4-2-2-1
4-3-1-4 Check Convertor status regarding Amplifier
Refer to 2-2-1-2, implement ezManager and click Search All button. Then, check if convertor IP is searched
about amplifier (PORT : 192.168.1.153, STBD : 192.168.1.156)
If IP is searched, Convertor status is normal -> If it is not searched, replace the convertor by following 5-2-3,
set convertor up by following 2-2-1-2, 2-2-7
4-3-1-5 Check amplifier status-> Refer to 4-3-3

4-3-2 Malfunction in button Broadcast (MIC)

4-3-2-1 Check software setup status -> Refer 4-3-1-1
4-3-2-2 Check Select switch regarding sound source of Controller -> Check that if MIC/SOUND PLAY switch
located top of LCD is selected to SOUND PLAY
4-3-2-3 Check Video encoder connection status -> Refer to 4-2-2-1
4-3-2-4 Check Convertor status regarding amplifier -> Refer to 4-3-1-4
4-3-2-5 Check amplifier status -> Refer to 4-3-3
4-3-3 Amplifier malfunction diagnosis

4-3-3-1 Check amplifier power & compress driver status
Reboot by using Power switch
Check LED located in right of amplifier after the powered on
If the 6 LED are turned as green with ticktack sound, amplifier & Compress driver are normal. -> If all of
LED are flickered or one of them is remained as turned off, that is notification of malfunction in compress
driver so replace compress driver following 5-1. Otherwise, if there is no response or all of LED are remained
as turned off, that is malfunction of amplifier
4-3-3-2 Check broadcast with Manual mode
In a turned on state, select Remote/Manal switch as Manual
Connect hand-microphone provided as spare part, Check that the sound is normally releasing with clockwise
controlling the volume knob to the right.
If the sound is released, that is normal -> If it is not, that is malfunction of amplifier
4-3-3-3 Check Remote/Manual switch
If there is any strange thing through upper 2 step, select Remote/Manual switch as remote and then reboot
Through the control software, check whether the sound release and MIC broadcast is possible -> If the sound
is not normally released, that is malfunction of amplifier.
4-4 Laser Diode

4-4-1 Malfunction in Laser Diode by using Controller
4-4-1-1 Check the setup regarding the software Laser Diode
Check that it is LD ON state in the content of bottom right LD ON/OFF -> If LD OFF state is appeared,
press the button one more, then it will be changed as LD ON
4-4-1-2 Check Convertor state regarding Laser Diode
Following 2-2-1-2, implement ezManager and click Search All button. Then, check if convertor IP is
searched about Laser Diode (PORT : 192.168.1.155, STBD : 192.168.1.158)
If IP is searched, Convertor state is normal -> If it is not searched, replace Convertor by following 5-2-3,
setup the Convertor by following 2-2-1-2, 2-2-7
Caution : It is needed to check if there is anyone near the device before release the laser. It is to prevent the

human damage from the released laser

4-4-1-3 Check that if the laser release, by pressing the Brightness+ key or UP button in LD BRIGHT article of
software (Laser is not visible at daytime)-> If the laser doesnt release, Laser Diode is malfunction state.
4-5 CCD Camera

4-5-1 CCD Camera malfunction diagnosis

To diagnose the malfunction of camera,

refer to 5-2 article and unscrew the whole
video unit from the device. And then,
reinstall the video unit separated cover to
device. Then Check the camera after
power on.
4-5-1-1 Check Camera power state
Check that if the RED LED is turned on, under the rear of camera
Check the power supply/output to power board by using test machine, in case the power LED is not turned
on -> If there is any problem in supplying/output power, replace the power board by following 5-2-1
Power board is normal-> Malfunction of Camera
4-5-1-2 Check Camera connecting cable state
Check the communication & power line whether normally connected to rear of camera. -> If there is any
problem in cable, that is malfunction of camera.
4-6 Pan/Tilt
4-6-1 Malfunction in Pan/Tilt by using Controller
4-6-1-1 Check the Manual On/Off switch set as off -> If the switch is ON, please change it to OFF and restart
control software and manipulate Pan/Tilt
4-6-1-2 Even though the switch is off, Pan/Tilt manipulating is not available. -> Refer to 4-6-2
4-6-2 Pan/Tilt Malfunction Diagnosis

4-6-2-1 Check power state -> Check the power cable connecting state and reset
4-6-2-2 Select the switch as ON and check the up down left right side movement holding the handle at rear -> If
the device doesnt operate, malfunction of Pan/Tilt

5. Replacement
5-1 Compress driver replacement
Replace the compress driver according to the following procedures in case of compress driver malfunction.
1)
Turn off the equipment and loosen the bolt (M14, 18 pcs) with T-wrench for rear panel.
2)
After opening the rear cover, check the number of the malfunctioning driver (check driver LED on amplifier) and
disconnect the cable for defective driver.

Replace the defective driver with a working driver and assemble the machine.

4)
Compress driver and its connection cable have (+), (-) polarity. Connect proper polarity [(+) to (+) / (-) to (-)] for
compress driver and each connection cable. If a cable is connected with the wrong polarity, maximum output and voice
clearance rate will be greatly degraded.
CAUTION
Turn off the equipment before the replacement procedure.

5-2 Video unit replacement
1) Loosen the bolts with wrench (M10, 6pcs).
2) Remove the cover for video unit.
3) Check the part that is required to be replaced and replace the part with the following procedure
CAUTION
Turn off the equipment before the replacement procedure.

5-2-1 Power board -SMPS replacement
1)

Loosen the M5 nuts with a wrench.
2) Disconnect the cables.
Replace the defective part.
5-2-2 Video encoder replacement
1) Loosen the M5 cross countersunk bolts and nuts with wrench.
2)
Disconnect the cables.
3) Replace the defective part.

5-2-3 Serial to Ethernet-serial convertor (RS 422, RS485) replacement
1) Loosen M4 cross bolts and nuts with

screwdriver and wrench, and remove the
fixing bracket.
2) Loosen M2 cross screw bolts with a screwdriver.
3) Disconnect the cables
5-2-4 Ethernet switch replacement
1) Loosen M4 cross bolts and nuts with a screwdriver and wrench.
2) Disconnect the cables.

5-3 Speaker cable and camera cable replacement
1)
Please turn the turn the cable connector in a counter-clockwise direction to disassemble the unit.
2)
Please insert the cable in the correct groove in connector and turn the cable in a clockwise direction to combine the unit.
5-4 Controller replacement
1)
Separate
the
connectors
that
are
connected
2) Remove the mounting 4 volts (M5) at the

bottom of console desk

3) Remove the brackets and wires completely and separate controller and
console. Replace new controller and assemble in reverse order.
