Step 3. Install DAVIE

1. Double click on the DAVIEInstallation.exe file you downloaded

2. Choose Run and then Unzip Leave the designated Unzip to folder as is

Step 1. Requesting Workshop Code

Email DAVIE.Activation@paccar.com and include this information:

VCI Serial Number

Contact Name

NOTE: Response time to get workshop code request could be up to 2 business days!

NOTE: Before beginning the DAVIE software installation

you MUST complete step 1.

Step 2. Download the DAVIE Software and Installation Guide

1. Download DAVIE software from the link at eportal.paccar.com

Click on the Service tab>Diagnostic Tools>DAVIE

Computer is NOT included with the DAVIE kit

(C:\DAVIEUpdates)

3. From the folder C:\DAVIEUpdates\DAVIE_Runtime double click the

Setup.exe file.

4. Follow the on screen instructions and refer to the installation guide

Step 4. Configure DAVIE

Unzip the wkscode.zip that was emailed to you

Copy the unzipped wkscode and paste it to
C:\DAVIE\hdldata folder
3. Double Click on DAVIE Icon on Desktop
4. Login to DAVIE: User ID = Admin/Password = Admin
5. Set up user accounts (Tech or Master Tech) Refer to Installation Guide
6. Install updates for After Sales Application and Parts Rapido Subset Refer
to Installation Guide
Step 5. Configure VCI Drivers
Refer to DAVIE Installation Guide for instructions.
