The IQ4NC enables Trend networks on different media (either Ethernet,

Trend current loop, or MS/TP) to join together in various configurations.
This creates seamless communication across multiple networks to
operate and function as a single system.
The IQ4NC controller allows Trend to use the BACnet protocol when
communicating with building energy management system controllers
throughout a building. BACnet communication allows various building
systems to be integrated into a centralized supervisor.
The IQ4NC is an all-in-one comms node and controller, eliminating the
need for multiple controllers to be installed in a buildings space.
The IQ4NC has a small footprint that reduces control panel size and
costs. The IQ4NC is backward compatible with previous IQ products and
supports legacy wiring, so it can act as a one-to-one replacements for
Trend IQ3XACT BINC controller.
