of Manhattan in New York City. It is located on Avenue of the Americas, between 42 nd and
43rd streets, opposite Bryant Park.

One Bryant Park


The 2.35 million square foot, 51-story office tower was completed in 2010. The Bank of
America Tower at One Bryant Park houses Bank of Americas global corporate and
investment banking businesses, The Durst Organizations corporate headquarters and
several other prestigious tenants. Setting a new standard in sustainable commercial
construction, this tower was the first skyscraper in North America to achieve LEED Platinum
and ranks among the most environmentally advanced skyscrapers in the world. Building
features include an urban garden room, a 4.6 megawatt combined heat and power plant, an
ice cooling system, a building-wide water reclamation system, green roofs that utilize
compost from tenant cafeteria waste, state-of-the-art advanced air filtration for exceptional
indoor air quality, destination dispatch elevator control and dedicated backup emergency
generators.
