After investigation, we found out this problem come from our plating vendor.

The inconsistent during controlling the plating thickness might lead this
problem happen.

After check our balance stock, we found out the rejection rate is very low, this might
cause the flow out. Because during outgoing inspection, we just do sampling check.

For counter action, the plating vendor will do some adjustment and follow the exact
spec. It will effective immediately. Temporary action, all balance stock will go thought
100% sorting.

We will do some discussion with our plating vendor to control the plating thickness
consistently. Any latest info will be updated to your PIC.
