I left HCSO off of the last message because quite frankly one of your review MEDIA types
Mr. Callaway, does not give ALL MESSAGES DIRECTLY TO SHERIFF DAVID GEE FOR
REVIEW, EVEN FROM FORMER DEPUTIES SEEKING TO HAVE TWO KNOWN
FELONS SURRENDER IMMEDIATELY DAY OR NIGHT WITH RADIO AND TV
ASSISTANCE PLEAS and response we received was he sends back messages that NOT
READ even for felonies which is super ODD as an ex-deputy with HCSO back in the 60's
and 70's. Maybe I have the WRONG SHERIFF'S OFFICE and sending e-mails on
FELONY items is a NO NO because a member of your NEWS TEAM HIRE GROUP does
not think it should be given to the Sheriff or any Deputy Sworn Member of your department.

Last message we sent to HCSO concerned a way to have Mr. Morris and his brother give
themselves UP for murdering two TPD officers and others. The Media READER initially
sent NOT READ but then I guess turned on his TV or Radio hearing of the MANHUNT
and changed the response to READ, not saying you ever got the message personally. I
have not seen or heard any pleas to the Felons to give themselves up by simply calling the
OPERATOR, providing SSAN and DOB then you would have a Deputy or group come to a
specific street intersection where the FELONS CAN GIVE UP being dressed only in lower
UNDERWEAR with clothing nearbye for safety of the officers involved.

Will look for a FAX number perhaps direct to your office as so far we have not seen any
indications of the suggestion being utilized NOR canines finding the suspects believed
hiding in my/your area.

When the OIL comes into the BAY and your HCSO Deputies perhaps take prisoners over
to the beach for cleanup details or guarding some official....perhaps that MEDIA type can
accompany your deputies and prisoners! He may even GLOW at night if the radiation level
is high enough !

One item or more critical and yet missed by all reporters for reasons unknown and unclear.

ALL OF THE OIL IS RADIOACTIVE WITH GAMMA RADIATION. I carry a NEW RADTriage unit which
shows me daily levels of exposure from 0 thru 1000 RADS and anyone can read it, even on a dead body to
see the total radiation level exposed which would give a clue immediately that personnel records should show
exposure verified in RADS. Sort of like Reginald Roundtree, also a former LEO, verified with Asbestos
Exposure to friable asbestos when TECO or whomever had the boilers HID THE TRUTH ABOUT FRIABLE
ASBESTOS PARTICLES BEING RELEASED IN THE EXPLOSION ON 41 SOUTH AT BIG BEND....now the
Sheriff and all Deputies who responded PLUS first responders have reportedly a section in their personnel
jackets about confirming exposure to ASBESTOS which can take up to 30 years to KILL via Mesotheleoma or
a smothering disease as the particles are made into scar tissue in lungs of the victim until there is no air
passage so they smother to death later in life.

Just as bad and deadly is Radiation Exposure...class example being GAMMA RADIATION from Radioactive
OIL !

Have someone take sterile samples with ZIP LOCK BAGGIES IF NECESSARY ON THE PENSACOLA
BEACH, take them to a University where there is a RADIAC MONITOR such as the old Geiger Counter then
see quickly ALL GULF OIL IS RADIOACTIVE thus deadly to fresh water areas as well as salt water areas.
County and Municipal Officials have to make RADIAC WARNING SIGNS and post same all over the Beach
areas plus stop people from walking, swimming or fishing in those waters which will become a real problem
shortly for ALL OF FLORIDA and islands around the South and East.

I do have to advise you and the Paper to review the DOSIMETER known as a RADTriage TIF or B model.

FEDERAL EXPRESS as they cannot go through normal radiation checks at Post Offices as it shows
immediate radiation in RADS and the inventor Gordhan Patel from J.P. Labs years ago. Initially these
RADTriage Units were only issued to SEALS from the U.S. Military for operations in 1991 in Iraq and
elsewhere as they were expecting a NUCLEAR RESPONSE.

Radiation GAMMA registers 2-50 RADS easily and no reporter should be out on the Gulf assignments without
the dosimeter which can be read daily, weekly or monthly and is good for one full year. 50 RADS should
mean contacting an EMERGENCY ROOM as a Casualty and making sure the Reporters and Camera crews
have service records showing the exposure PLUS they are kept away from assignments, even in Military
Bases and Hospitals where radiation may kill them easier.

Check with the local University in he Panhandle and see if the RADIAC monitor or GEIGER COUNTERS are
available.f

Wear latex rubber gloves, pull or push oil section into zip lock bag, place same sample in larger zip lock bag
with gloves and then take the sample with perhaps camera man taking recordings to the University then get
readings from the RADIAC monitors.

Keep in mind the good willing and hearted people will attempt to wash off oil from Birds, Turtles and other
creatures including dogs who visit the beaches...such may easily contaminate the GROUND WATER PLUS
SHUT DOWN FRESH WATER BEING MADE ON ALL ISLANDS USING DESALINATION PLANTS WHICH
CANNOT WORK.WITH WATER AND OIL OF ANY AMOUNT.

Might save a lot of lives all over the Gulf Coast and especially Florida and the Islands South and East.

Next check and see if ALL RIGS are putting forth RADIOACTIVE OIL as not one worker has a Dosimeter nor
have them or their families been informed Radiation is involved. Federal Guidelines for an Oil, Gasoline
SPILL are not being followed as all waste is reportedly being taken by WASTE MANAGEMENT under
Contract with BP to LANDFILLS to contaminate the soil FOREVER.

Now for something IGNORED but super scary. ALL RIGS have risers where the pipe is perhaps .812 inches
thick above the sea floor and NOT FLOTATION PROTECTED plus the Hydraulic Lines to each BOP
MONSTER UNIT STANDING ON THE SEA BED DO NOT HAVE CHECK VALVES TO KEEP SUFFICIENT
HYDRAULIC OIL INSIDE BOP TO SHUT THEM DOWN IN ANY EMERGENCY. EVEN SONIC ITEMS
CANNOT SHUT DOWN THE BOP WITHOUT HYDRAULIC OIL PRESENT.

Now let us talk communications.....S.P.O.T. units can signal the U.S. Coast Guard and GPS of emergencies
but arrival by crews from Helicopters is rather STUPID unless those crews have OBA or Oxygen Breathing
Apparatus capability then the Same GAS which is heavier than air will destroy the Helicopter and Crews like it
would any ship engines so STAND OFF. Each rig should be like MINERS with gas problems from
Methane...no canary but they can have portable breathing units and get to special OXYGEN fed
compartments which are waterproof and air proof with power from SOLAR GENERATORS because all other
engines will go crazy and possibly die. LISTEN FOLKS: SOLAR GENERATOR ALLOWS ELECTRICITY
LIMITED BUT WILL POWER EMERGENCY RADIO EQUIPMENT AND WIRING CAN BEING SAME INTO
THE SEALED SPACES SO COMMUNICATIONS WITH EMERGENCY RADIO'S OR EVEN MARINE
RADIO'S CAN OCCUR IF NOT CB RADIO'S WITH HIGH ANTENNAE AND PA SPEAKER CAPABILITY.
OXYGEN BOTTLES, MULTIPLE WOULD ALLOW REFILLING OF OBA'S BECAUSE THE AIR INSIDE
MUST NOT RECEIVE AIR SO SPECIAL SINGLE DIRECTION FLOW CHECK VALVES MUST ALLOW
INSIDE AIR TO ESCAPE TO OUTSIDE UNLESS THE RIG IS BURNING THEN ALL BETS ARE OFF BUT
OBA WILL ALLOW PEOPLE TO JUMP INTO THE WATER AND SWIM AWAY HOPEFULLY !

Now for the SUPER SUPER SCARY item not confirmed but should be confirmed immediately. ALL
CASINGS will RUST THROUGH from the sea bed in toward the center of the oil and gas flow in XX
NUMBER OF YEARS almost guaranteed meaning massive blowouts because the casing is NOT MADE OF
PARTICULAR METALS WHICH DO NOT RUST IN SALT WATER. Ships of the U.S. Fleet have thick plates
where ever the plates touch the salt water but strangely those SHIPS ARE PULLED INTO DRYDOCKS and
new paint applied and everything cleaned OFF and corrective protective paints used for sea duty OR THEY
RUST THROUGH !

Tell your GRAND CHILDREN PERHAPS TO GET MOON TICKETS as when those thousands of SEA RIGS
start exploding...no where on this planet is safe because BP may own them, refuse to use the BRANKO R.
BABIC FRICTION PLUG AND SUPER CEMENT LIKE HYDRAULIC CEMENT MIXED WITH
FRESH....FRESH....REPEAT FRESH....WATER ONLY. Cement cannot be mixed with any amount of SALT
WATER FOLKS !

Residents with BREATHING PROBLEMS ALL ALONG THE GULF better have super sized tanks of OXYGEN
available to breathe for days if not weeks PLUS those support and drilling ships and rigs must have special
OXYGEN SEALED SAFETY QUARTERS ON EACH RIG WITH COMMUNICATIONS TO SHORE SHOULD
ALL GENERATORS FAIL THUS BATTERY POWERED SOLAR GENERATORS FOR COMMUNICATIONS
AND LIMITED SNAP LIGHTS WOULD ALLOW RESCUE OF ALL ON THE RIG SHOULD THE SEA FLOOR
COLLAPSE AND UNLIMITED GAS TAKE OVER THE SHIPS, RIGS AND SUPPORT SHIPS IN A FEW
MINUTES.

Might recommend USCG look at these areas of concern immediately ! Two or more FRACTURES OR
DAMAGED RIGS would mean AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL DISASTER IN THE GULF WITH NO
PROTECTION as people do not desire to have the Branko R. Babic Friction Plug, Branko R. Babic Counter
Pressure Plug, Branko R. Babic Counter Pressure Plug with or without sleeve having flow through pipe,
shutoff and flange USED SINCE 042310 for reasons unknown as such would have shut down the Deepwater
Well in 8 hours flat costing perhaps maximum $8,000.00 EACH and now BP has spent well over $20 BILLION
plus $750 MILLION as THEY reportedly did not know how to shut down the well. I DO, BRANKO R. BABIC
DOES, BRAD WEHDE DOES AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER CONTRACTORS KNEW AND STILL KNOW
HOW TO SHUT IT DOWN !

People are ignorant of the undeniable fact OIL BLOBS can be sucked out of the Gulf from 1,000 feet to
surface efficiently and with Submersible Pumps as all WELLS have them DEEP WELLS especially PLUS
LIFT STATIONS ALL OVER AMERICA have sump pumps which can pull oil to the surface ships or
barges...not small barges but huge ones in line waiting to take on oil then that same oil can be separated by
the CENTRIFUGE METHOD OF KEVIN COSTNER OR SPECIAL MATERIALS ON MATS PULLED
THROUGH A CIRCULAR MOTION INTO ROLLERS TO SQUEEZE THE OIL OUT AND PUSH THE WATER
BACK AS A SEPARATOR INTO THE WATER WHILE THE COLLECTION FROM SPECIAL SKIMMERS
USING EVEN AIR BOATS WITH SHALLOW DRAFT BARGES FILLED WITH OIL CAN RECOVER SAME TO
BE TAKEN BY AIRBOAT OUT TO SUPER TANKERS TO HANDLE SAME THEN RETURN IN LINE TO
REPLACE THE SHALLOW DRAFT BARGE OVER AND OVER.

Night crews working on beaches with ATV 4 WHEEL having Special 250 Watt Contractor Lights, trailers with
barrels specially marked, CB Radio's with PA Systems for communications, DOT SILVER TAPE showing
numbers on all vehicles and one supervisor plus ONE PORTA POTTIE for men and women two person
teams to use all night long PLUS frozen water bottles for crews to use then decontamination station down the
beach protected overnight by security guards while vehicles are serviced and gassed, lights replaced if
necessary and all contaminated materials collected with those neat sealed top 55 gallon drums by work crews
who will work all day then go to sleeping quarters during the night moving down the beach.

HOW REALLY STUPID UNCLE GETS....Let those workers occupy FEMA TRAILERS and allow family and
friends to visit.... SUPER WAY TO KILL ALL since no chlorine shock to water lines hot and cold sitting idle
with untold colonies of bacteria in same and you put humans inside them in super heat. Now about
Decontaminating ALL FEMA TRAILERS WITH SPECIAL 35 PERCENT FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN
PEROXIDE MADE INTO 3 PERCENT WITH DISTILLED WATER RATIO ONE OUNCE 35 PERCENT TO 11
OUNCES OF DISTILLED WATER SPRAYED ON FUNGI, BACTERIA OR MOLD.

How about a SOLAR GENERATOR for all FEMA TRAILERS with Air Conditioning, Running Water, ICE
MACHINE, swimming pool, TV, Showers, Clothes Washer and Dryer.... WE CALL THOSE MOTELS OR
HOTELS WITH ENTIRE HOTELS OR MOTELS RENTED AT 10 MILE DISTANCES FOR BUSSES AND
SUPPORT CREWS TO COME TO SITES WORKING AT NIGHT as you move along down the beach.
Busses should pick up the workers with drivers making sure everyone is taken care of with meals, A/C, Pool,
Washing Machines and most important USE OF DEBIT CARDS so all workers have instant access to their
$18.00 bucks per day salary if needed.

MY BAD: Governor Crist has a restriction about working on beaches at night as it might disturb arriving
TURTLES ?
