PEBS Pennar Q3FY17 Gross Revenues at Rs. 156 Crores; up 17% YoY

9MFY17 Gross Revenues at Rs. 399 Crores; up 12% YoY

Hyderabad, February 03, 2017: Pennar Engineered Building Systems (PEBS Pennar), one of
Indias leading companies in design, manufacture, supply and installation of cost-effective pre-
engineered buildings and building components, today announced its earnings for the quarter
and nine months ended December 31, 2016.
Q3FY17 Financial Highlights

Gross Revenues at Rs. 156 Crores, up 17% YoY

Net Revenues at Rs. 138 Crores, up 19% YoY
EBITDA at Rs. 14.5 Crores
PAT at Rs. 5.3 Crores

9MFY17 Financial Highlights

Gross Revenues at Rs. 399 Crores, up 12% YoY

Net Revenues at Rs. 352.4 Crores, up 14% YoY
EBITDA at Rs. 42.14 Crores
PAT at Rs. 15.6 Crores

Business Highlights Q3FY17

New Orders: In this quarter, the Company received new orders from Shahi Exports, Greenko
group, Hindusthan CoCa-Cola-Globej and Technico-Vithalapur in Gujarat, among others.
Repeat Orders: The Company clocked repeat orders from TATA Projects, TOYO engineering,
Solar Developers, RCC Infra and SG Pharma-Multi Storey Building among others.
Order Book: The order book stood at Rs.410 Crores as of December 31, 2016.
High Rise Buildings: PEBS Pennar is currently executing 6 residential towers and 1
commercial tower at Hyderabad. Additionally, the Company is in various stages of
discussions with three companies for buildings ranging from 20 to 30 floors.
Exports: Order execution commenced for large orders in Africa. Agents appointed in several
countries around the world for new orders.
Telecom Towers: Developing models for Reliance Jio Phase II. MoU in process with a
Denmark MNC specialized in designing towers.
Engineering division: The Company initiated an asset purchase & assignment agreement for
acquiring the assets (customer orders, employee transfer) of a US entity.
New engineering facility under Software Export Promotion Program in progress with
State Govt of Andhra Pradesh.
Developed models for toilets using steel structures for Thane Municipal Corporation
(Mumbai) and secured an order for 46 toilet blocks.
PEBS Pennar received the IEI Industry Excellence Award 2016.

Engineering Services Division

The Engineering Services Business continues to scale up well in terms of

number of hours, sales and billing per hour.

Number of hours increased by 2,456 hours (18%) from 13,848 hrs in

Q3FY16 to 16,304 hrs in Q3FY17.

Revenue increased by 16% from $244K in Q3FY16 to $282K in Q3FY17.
