Sanctioning of the Credit Facilities to the SME Clientele across the North & Central Region

Interaction with the client and Site Visit to understand the nature of the business, the
procurement process for the raw materials, its processing, the final products and
services it delivers, its market and the research on the key sector it works in

Analysed and evaluated more than 300 credit proposals of maximum loan value upto
Rs.25crs

Assessed the proposals for varied products- Dealer Financing, Vendor Financing, Channel
Financing, Genset Financing, Working Capital Term Loans for SME Borrowers and
Machinery Term Loan Financing

Preparation of the Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM's) for both the Short-Term &
Long-Term Financing Facility. Analysis of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet Analysis,
Ratio Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis) of the captioned deals, taking the calls on the limits to
be sanctioned to the borrower keeping in mind the internal credit policies of the
company and the risk-appetite of the borrower

Co-ordination with the Mumbai Team for the timely approval of the CAMs to ensure TAT
so as to ensure the timely disbursements to the customers

Training the team members about the new products, the CAM formats, policies, punching
deals in system and acting as a support function for both the regions. Providing guidance
to business teams on credit risk appetite on new and existing proposals so as to maintain
a healthy portfolio

Working on multiple MIS to keep a track on the total customers added in the master list,
business done report, debtors report and the month-wise achievement of the
Relationship Managers across different products and circulation of the reports among
Divisional & Regional Heads
