Joint Affidavit of Two Disinterested Persons

We, MICHAEL F. BOLTON and JENNY F. BOLTON, both of

legal age, Filipinos and residents of Block6 Lot 5 Phase 2,
Dangwood Subdivision, Bakakeng Norte, Baguio City,
Philippines, under oath, state:

1. That we personally knew John F. Gaddu and Shainna F.

Gaddu, since their parents, Agosto F. Gaddu and
Shemay F. Gaddu are neighbors and close friends of
ours;

2. That we are fully cognizant of the fact that Agosto F.

Gaddu and Shemay F. Gaddu got married in Baguio
City, sometime in August 8, 1988. Photocopy of the
marriage contract is hereto attached as Annex A;

3. That the above-named persons are known in our

barangay;

4. That the date of marriage appearing in the certificates

of live birth of John F. Gaddu and Shainna F. Gaddu is
August 16, 1989, was erroneously written. Photocopies
of the certificates of live birth are hereto attached as
Annexes B and C;

5. That the true and correct date of marriage of spouses

John F. Gaddu and Shainna F. Gaddu is August 16;

6. That we come to know the abovementioned facts

because we are good friends of the above-mentioned
couple, living in the same neighborhood and close
friends of their family;

7. That we are not in any way related to the above

mentioned person nor do we have pecuniary interest in
this matter whatsoever; and

8. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth

of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose it
may serve.
 Affiants further says none.
