ROLE: Tester

Description: ARISg (Adverse Reaction Information System) is a comprehensive
web-based system for the global collection and reporting of clinical trial and post-
marketing adverse event data. The system is fully ICH compliant, supporting the
recent E2A, E2B and E2C guidelines. The system supports open database system
for ad-hoc reporting, querying and data exchange with automated case
processing and case distribution for improved pharmacovigilance practices and
regulatory compliance.

 Workflow Server: The workflow server is the component that enables the
control and monitoring of the cases throughout the AE reporting life cycle. It
facilitates to create & complete activities based on user defined rules and
contents of AERs. The workflow has a series of activities that has to be
performed to complete a full AE reporting cycle. Each activity in the
workflow is defined to perform various operations depending on the roles
and privileges of the users. The workflow can automate several processes
based on the completion criteria for each activity. It also performs
automatic calculation of activity and case due dates.

 Report Server: This is a component used by ARISg to generate reports in


PDF format using Acrobat Distiller. The reports are generated online or
background based on the configuration set by the user. All the reports have
a predefined display format as per the regulatory compliance

 Distribution Server: The Distribution server is used by ARISg to distribute


any case to any recipient using e-mail attachments. The recipient will
receive the case as a PDF attachment. This is used for quick and effective
sharing of case information to expedite the review process. The users can
export or import the cases to different company units in XML/SGML format.

Description: agXchange is a web-based product extensively used for electronic
submission of regulatory data. The information related to the adverse event of
any case can be transmitted to the respective authorities using through a
universal standard channel called ESTRI Gateway. The information is transmitted
as a SGML or XML format using a standard DTD. AgXchange supports the
submission of ICSRs and SUSARs to EMEA, MHLW and FDA. It enables the secure
exchange and management of safety data with global trading partners and the
regulatory authorities.
