AFFIDAVIT

I, TAYLOR SWIFT, 57 years old, married, born on March 7, 1960, single,

waitress, native of Lupit, Batan, Aklan, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say;

That I personally know the respondent, Anna Flores Dela Cruz surrounding the
following circumstances :
1. That Anna Flores and I grow up together in sitio Malagihay Lupit, Batan,
Aklan, Philippines;

2. That we were childhood neighbors and playmates, our house was just 100
meters away from their residence;

3. That we went to school at Lupit Primary School located at Lupit, Batan, Aklan,
Philippines;

4. That we were classmates in grade 1 under Mrs. Margarita Tanumtanum but

due to her performance in school she was retained in grade 1 while I was
promoted in grade 2 in 1968;

5. That as childhood playmates I am aware that Anna suffered from Poliomyelitis

or Polio as locally known when we were five (5) years old which eventually
caused permanent paralysis on her left foot;

6. That whenever she was bullied as payo with our classmates and school mates,
I am always ready to defend her;

7. That her physical condition was evident permanently that it was not the element
that hindered Victor dela Cruz of Barangy Calimbajan, Batan, Aklan, Philippines
of marrying her more so not even her educational attainment.
That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
statements.
