Dear Sir:

Re: Refund ($1,300 - $1,500) for Protracted Sub-Standard Internet

Service

Further to my correspondence of 16 and 25 July and 7 August 2013, this is

to advise I continue to experience Criminal Code violations of the herein
described nature as a direct result of rogue personnel working at your
company.

Its been two months to the day I first delivered correspondence to you;
which means youve had a full opportunity to review the information,
evidence and arguments presented that justifies the refund being sought.

The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention the fact that I continue
to experience every single day and often hourly sub-standard Internet
service as a result of company employees who collude with those working in
various agencies and departments of the federal government.

Being a lawyer for what I presume to be for a long time you know
exceptionally well the value of accumulated circumstantial evidence that
which is acquired over the course of decades and are cognizant of the laws
and principles of pattern evidence which allows for the drawing inferences
that the legally untrained mind cannot. The vast amounts of photographic
and other proof posted at http://shawinc.yolasite.com is the context to
appreciate whats now being presented.

To retaliate for whats going on internationally as documented in the two

eBooks brought to your attention, malfeasant parties at your company and
the countrys security services prevented my computer from booting up for
more than a half hour Saturday morning.

In addition to computer disruption, cyber-sabotage was also employed. My

Twitter account has for the last couple weeks been maliciously interfered
with, as confirmed by these photos taken of the attack...
...making it impossible to post anything. The blue horizontal bar appeared a
couple weeks ago. It has to be clicked on to gain access to the post button.
Doing so added @BradKempoEsq to the window which had the effect of
decreasing the size of the 140 character post by 13 numbers, letters, spaces
and punctuation. Occasionally two posts instead of one was required to
deliver the message to my audience. This time access was unattainable no
matter how many times the blue bar was clicked.

The same was experienced last night.

Then some five minutes later the e-sabotage was halted, allowing me to
post on my Twitter page.

I expect your office to not only deal internally with this problem, but to
liaison with your federal MPs to design a reform and accountability program
to address this criminal activity. Failure to do so has extraordinary
consequences for Shaws principals and executives.

Regards,

Brad Kempo Esq.
