You have just finished a three-week study and work programme in

an English-speaking country. You studied English language in the
mornings and worked for a local company in the afternoons. The
programme organiser has asked you to write a report about your
experience. In your report, you should evaluate the programme,
explaining which part of the programme was more useful, and
suggest changes you would recommend for next years programme.
The aim of this report is to give my experience about my three-
week study work programme in England. Moreover, Ill evaluate the
programme and suggest some changes.
First of all, I have to say that I went to London to learn English
during the morning and work for a local company in the afternoons.
Having into account this information, I hadnt too much free time,
therefore it was an intensive period of time which served me to
improve my English level.
Talking from experience, both activities were useful in order to
learn the language. However, I reckon that working allows me to
acquire more level because of I had to practice English during all
the time. Nevertheless, as like a book cant be judged by its cover,
its necessary to try it to know which really is more useful fore
everyone.
The programme was extremely good organised, but much to my
dismay, I couldnt enjoy the city due to my lack of time. From my
point of view, it would be necessary to include more leisure time,
making this experience more possitive. Additionally, I would
recommend the organiser to change the place of the
accommodations since last year there werent the near enough
facilities which everybody needs.
Summing up, I recommend this experience because IT helps one to
improve the English level at the same time one earns money. In
fact, if I had known it before, I would have joined in this programme
before.

Proposal on how to attract more members to English-language
society.
This proposal is intended to give some tips and opinions about how to
attract more members to English-language society. Additionally, Ill include
the opinion of my classmates after filling out a QUESTIONNAIRE
questionary.
In the first place, here in Spain the society doesnt PLACE give the
real importance that knowing other languages has. For this reason,
and much to my dismay, people just speak Spanish and dont
wonder ???? about English people who visit Spain.
Bearing in mind this fact, its made necessary to encourage Spanish
people to learn this language. In this way, the government should
promote English among young people oblyingobliging them to study
it since childRENs. Talking from experience, English is not a piece of
cake, but with effort and constanceconstancy people can acquire
more habilities speaking this language. Therefore, I recommend
people to focus on this language in order to havEing a better
relationship with THE English-language society.
After filling out a QUESTIONNAIRE questionary, I discovered that my
classmates think like me. They blame the govermentgovernment and
the educational system for not promoting knowlegeknowledge about
this language. In contrast, they reckon that although SOME effort is
necessary to learn, if the learning beginS since ONE IS A child IT is
easier and it needs less time to acquire the same
knowledgesknowledge.
Let me finish by saying that if I had known that English WASis so
important currently, I would have study more since I WAS A child in
order to communicate better with this English society.

In the current society its made necessary to encourage people to

live in a healthier environment. Due to this fact, local authorities
should contribute to facilities like sports centres and public
gardens, giving them some money.
Talking from experience, after studying the amount of
cardiovascular diseases in my degree, people are used to eating
fast food and being sedentarsedentaryists. In this way, this could be
solved through betting for sport and clean environments.
The importance of sports centres nowadays is more than we Sexpect
pect. Much to our dismay, we live without time and we need
ilusionillusion and support to do sport and keep our shape. Gyms
solve this problemsthese problems because people meet there and
they can make social life at the same time they improve their
health.
Another tricky issue is the pollution. Our environment should be
clean, but carbon emissions dont let us live in an ideal
scenaryscenery. Green spaces and parks are needed to decrease the
pollution since plants consume CO 2, so giving money to these
places its made essential.
Let me finish by saying that making these changes are is not a piece
of cake, but bearing in mind our needs and peoples requests I wish
this would become true as soon as possible. I reckon that if people
had been aware before about this problemsthese problems, they would
have requestrequested them it before.

becauses its going to be a festival in my city next month. I would
like to see you and go to any bar to talk about us.
Like youve requested me, I would recommend you to visit the most
beautiful places of Seville. Talking from experience, I can assure
you that everyone who visitS these places is delighted after seeing
the scenaryscenery. It moves you to another siEgle and its an
extremely beautiful city.
The most common places that visitors are used to going are the
cathedral, the Spanish Square, the city centre and different
churches and streets. Additionally, having into account that youre
going to be free a weekend, I would recommend you to go out at
night to have dinner and be inmerseimmersed in the sevillian night.
Yourre going to feel over the moon if you finally do it.
On the other hand, if I were you, I would book and plan the places
you want to visit before coming here because there are a lot of
tourists and you maybe losEt a lot of time. I have recommended you
these monuments because, in my opinion, these are the most
beautiful, but AS like a book cant be judgeD by its cover you can
search on the iinternet different opinIons and choose whichEVER you
prefer.
