Summary of the work done
Getting Ready for European Citizenship On Line

Summary of the work done from June 2016 to January 2017

- Use of the Moodle Platform of IOC-ES for communication and collection of


documentation and forum.
- Google Drive use for collaborative work in writing contents and activities
of the modules
- update of the platform XERTE (version 3.1).
- Realization of five videoconferences (17 Jun - 20 Sep - 29 Sep - 25 Oct - 15 Nov)
- Final version of M2 European Institutions and their function in XERTE and translation
in other 6 national languages. Responsible Pdagogische Hochschule Freiburg.
- Implementation of the web page in Google-sites:
https://sites.google.com/a/ioc.cat/grecol/
The page contains information on the project and presentations of all the partners.

Uploading of the contents of all modules started under the responsibility of NESC-UK
- Use of an internet account in del.li.ci.ous to collect consulted resources which have
relationships with the thematic of the project. IOC-ES.
- Implementation in Google Drive of the form to collect and organize all the
dissemination activities carried out by all the partners under the responsibility of
EUROPOLE-IT. The data of the form can be automatically turned from the form into a
spreadsheet.
- Implementation of multiple social media: Blog, Twitter and Facebook (both a closed
group and an open page) by all the partners under the responsibility of EUROPOLE-IT
for dissemination of the project.
- Grecol Newsletter nr 2 to collect and spread activities carried out until the moment
under the management of EUROPOLE-IT . This e-bulletin is shared through the social
nets: blog, twitter and Facebook.
- According to the working plan 4 transnational meetings have been carried out to
Spain, Germany, Denmark and UK.
- When concluding each mobility participants have filled in an evaluation questionnaire
on the meeting in the Moodle platform of IOC. Responsible IOC-ES
- Documentation and reading materials related to the contents and activities of
the modules M3, M4 and M5.
- Final version of M3 (VUC-DK) as activities for this module each partners has made one
or two videos containing an interview about studying and working in Europe.
- Final version of M4 (DIABKM-TR) uploaded in XERTE
- Translations in progress of M3 and M4 into national languages of all the partners.
- Draft of M5 by Rigas Raina 8 vakara (mainu) vidusskola
- IOC in Barcelona tested the complete material last semester and is doing it again this
semester with its students.

Fourth workshop
Getting Ready for European Citizenship On Line

2. Fourth Workshop-Meeting in Aberdeen (UK)

Participants on behalf of all 7 partner Organisations have attended to the


fourth meeting/workshop held in Aberdeen at venue of Nescol from 29th May to
2nd June 2016. After a short Introduction of the new participants into the
partnership some communications were given about proof of work done, mobility
tool and frequency of access to the platform. During this fourth Workshop all
partners took part in discussions according the following work plan:

3. Videoconferences and other activities

Videoconferences

Using the System Polycom provided by VUC-DK. five videoconferences (17 Jun - 20
Sep - 29 Sep - 25 Oct - 15 Nov) were performed with the participation of all partners.
Videoconferenses have been recorded by the Danish Partner VUC and wrote down in
minutes by Spanish Coordinator IOC.

Those partners who work in education sector under university level, should
check if they are member of eTwinning https://www.etwinning.net

After that the partnership will create a project in etwinning with the topic
GRECOL for the dissemination and also carry on some of the activities with
students from at least two different organizations when it is possible to
deal with GRECOL as a course.

Testing GRECOL
IOC tested the complete material last semester and is doing it again this semester
with its students.

At the end of this semester the students should give feedback of the materials
through a survey.

About testing the materials by the other partners we'll have more information in
details in the next News Letter.

In Google Drive it has been edited by Europole (Italy) since February 2015 a
Google Form for recording dissemination and exploitation activities. The Form is

in charge of all the partners and all the partners have to update it. In fact
dissemination and exploitation is a duty that each organization assumed from the
acceptance of the application form.
